Hello. I'm looking for to play either diamond platnium or pearl. I do not like diamond. Because I played it on a rom and I didn't like it. Diagla sucks. So what other version should I get and why. I'm planning on buying a new pokemon game. Which legendary is stronger too? Let me know. Thanks.

You'll probably want to invest in Platinum. It has elements from D/P and minorly improved gameplay.

You might also want HG or SS. It doesn't matter, each version has their own pros and cons which are basically the same. :( Neither is better.
