Basically, are you more likely to post in one with strict moderation, many moderators, everything is in order and if you slip up you look like a fool, however you know everyone will be mature there due to heavy moderation? Or one where there aren't as many moderators, many threads needing reporting daily, and threads which are similar to other ones, but you have freedom to express all of your thoughts? These are all PC forums, by the way, not other rival forums.

Both are extremes, however, which one would you prefer, weighing up the positives and negatives?

Well something like the Fan Fiction forum I sometimes feel uncomfortable with as you either look like/get told you're an idiot if you make a mistake, but sometimes I'm up for that sort of thing. Most of the time I like the relaxed forums though, like General Pokémon Gaming and Other Entertainment and all that sort of discussion. I'm not a big fan of the trivia forums, however, they're a bit TOO relaxed.

I try to keep OVP (OE too, I guess...) relaxed and loose. I don't like jumping down people's throats for things that essentially, in the big picture, doesn't matter. Even though I used to be one of the most strict moderators... times change, I guess. Anyway, I post where I find interest. I don't really care how heavily moderated a section is. But if I had a choice, I guess I would go for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Doesn't matter to me. I know I take care with my posts so I have no reason to even think about how 'strict' or 'relaxed' a section is.

I like posting in a threads, where are strict rules, sometimes of course. I had made mistakes, several times in this kind of threads. I like them more, because I usually clearly understand what are people about in individual thread and what I can or I can't say there. Relaxed ones are just... relaxing? How to say it... I'm not a person who likes to confess everything, but I like to just chat with some people, even If I'm from a foreign country and don't know anybody. But it is sometimes odd to me to talk there, I'm feeling like a... stranger. Even when I try hard to understand, what are people talking about, I can't still get it.

Relaxed. I've been to forums where admins just delete posts because they don't agree with a post or because they don't meet up to their personal standards and without any basis to say the posts broke the rules. That makes me very angry, very fast, so I wind up leaving.

Used to post strict and watch every step I took like a hawk. Now I'm relaxed and I'll post in whatever thread takes my fancy regardless of the rules. I'm confident enough in myself and familiar enough with the rules of the forum to know I'm not going to do anything wrong.

And that feels pretty cool.
'It's been a prevalent notion. Fallen sparks. Fragments of vessels broken at the Creation. And someday, somehow, before the end, a gathering back to home. A messenger from the Kingdom, arriving at the last moment. But I tell you there is no such message, no such home -- only the millions of last moments . . . nothing more. Our history is an aggregate of last moments.'
