When I download something, a .part file always appears. When the download is finished, it vanishes and the program is set. I think this is normal in FR browsers? If it's normal, is there a way to like stop it? Sometimes my download reaches 98% and the Internet stops. If there is a .part file, I can't open the file :\ I need to remove that thing! Help, please xD

Firefox stores any incomplete download data in a .part file and basically renames it without the .part once it's finished downloading. It's safe to delete it if you've canceled the download or if it's still there for some reason after finishing. If the internet cuts out, delete the empty temporary non-.part file Firefox made and rename the .part file without the .part extension, it should play up until where it stopped downloading.

There's another thing that I do with .part files...

Say I was downloading something, file.mpg. And it stopped at 98%...
What I would do is, restart the download like file (1).mpg or something like that and pause it.
Then I would delete file (1).exe.part and rename the old file.mpg.part to file (1).exe.part. Now when you unpause the download, it checks how much has downloaded and continues from there.
