Welcome to the Get-Together Shoddy Battle Tournament, where we will be using a program called Shoddy Battle to battle! The tournament will be round robin style, which means there will no bracket. All you have to do, is find someone on Shoddy (who is in the tournament) to battle. When you win a battle you earn 1 point, and you lose 1 point if you're beaten in a battle. You may not battle the same person if you're using the same tier again (unless both of you have different teams), this is so you will not lose a match due to the opponent knowing your team. However, you may battle the same person if you haven't battled in a certain tier. i.e. I can't OU battle Jake again because I've already done one yesterday, so we UU battle instead. This will run through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and by the end of Sunday the one who has the most points wins.

On Monday, there will be another short round robin tournament, but with a twist: you have to swap OU teams with the opponent. Private message Jake♫ or I with your team so we can make sure that your team doesn't have any "bad" Pokémon such as Magikarp, and if the team has good enough synergy (so that the opponent doesn't receive a poor team).

If you have any questions, feel free to post in the thread. However, if wolf or chomp (me) or Jake is on Shoddy (actually, Jake is now banned for enforcing a rule), just private message one of them on there.

Rules

Please read the introduction as it tells you how everything will be run.

All battles will be done on the PC Shoddy Server if possible.

Please post the results of all your battles in this thread.

Evasion, Freeze, OHKO, Sleep, Species, Strict Damage, Self-KO, and Timed clauses should be used (Timed is optional).

Singles OU, Ubers, UU, NU, and LC will all be allowed. We follow Smogon's Tiers.

Save the log if the need for it ever arises.


You are allowed to change teams, and you can rematch with the same opponent in the same tier if they another team (as stated in the introduction).

No rejecting challenges, if you do you will lose one point.

No watching battles, scouting teams, cheating, etc., anything that is obviously not allowed.

If you find an error in the points, private message me with the record on your battles.
