There's no point in using both Hippowdon AND Tyranitar on the same team. You only need one to start a sandstorm. They both share two of the same weaknesses so they don't work well together on the same team. If you want a defensive Sandstorm team, use Hippowdon. If you want an offensive Sandstorm team, use Tyranitar. Since you seem to have more defensive Pokemon on your team, Hippowdon is the one you should keep.
Replace Tyranitar with a Ghost type, since all stall teams need a Spin Blocker. Rotom-W would be ideal, but RestTalk Spiritomb is fine as well since it gives you a sleep absorber:
Spiritomb @Leftovers
Careful Nature
252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SpDef
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting/Will-o-wisp
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
Next I would get rid of Bronzong, since it's pretty useless on this team. It really isn't doing anything besides attacking, and on a defensive team this isn't the way to go.
Replace it with Skarmory, who gives you a phazer and a Spiker all in one:
Skarmory @Shed Shell
Impish Nature
252 HP / 176 Def / 64 SDef / 16 Spd
-Brave Bird
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind
