There is not necessarily a strongest Normal type Pokémon as each one is used in different ways, no matter how similar. Some of the stronger Normal types include Blissey, Porygon-Z, Tauros, Togekiss, Ursaring and Zangoose (in each of their respective tiers).

EDIT: I suppose Slaking is decent too, as well as Chansey (in UU of course).

Swellow with Flame Orb, Guts and Facade. I also think Ursaring is a beastly physical attacker. Snorlax and Blissey are good at taking hits(except for Close Combat); so I pick them lot.

BST: Arceus.
Defensive: Blissey.
Offensive: Slaking/Regigigas.
Uselessness: Azurill. :D
Oh, and people who say that BST isn't everything? Let's say Slaking + Skill Swap + Double Battle equals an epic win. :D
Everything you say to me pushes one step closer to the edge

I'd have to say Lopunny, that thing can learn some pretty awesome moves. Mirror coats a personal favourite of mine :3

Porygon - Z, is simply the strongest in my opinion.

Snorlax, who can cause severe damage (both to opponent and your fridge)..

Slaking, who, when not scratching his ass, can hurt you from both sides of the spectrum...

Tauros, cuz a rampaging bull is just plain badass...

Togekiss...damn Serene Grace abuser.

Smeargle is fun too (who doesn't want a paint brush for a tail?).

& of course Blissey, but I hate her.
