I would like to first note that this moveset is better with faster pokemon. Anyway, I discovered an amazing moveset which makes it almost impossible for the opponent to hit you. Here it is:

Roost
Double Team
Quick Attack
Fly

You first use Double Team to enhance your evasiveness to maximum, if your health starts dropping too low before your evasiveness is maxed out, use Roost to heal yourself. Once your evasiveness is top notch, then you continuously use Fly until your opponent drops. Not only does your huge evasiveness make it really hard for your opponent to hit you but your opponent will also only get a chance to hit you every other turn because he can't hit you the turn before fly does its damage. It makes it almost impossible for your opponent to hit you. Even on the slim chance he does hit you, just use Roost and heal yourself back up to full. Quick Attack is there just as a backup plan if you need to make a quick first turn strike. I've found this moveset to be extremely effective.

Yes Barrage, and you can beat a legendary dragon pokemon with an ice beam and you can beat a legendary fire pokemon with surf. Yeah, we all heard it before, weakness this, strong against that. You can beat every single pokemon in this game in 2 or 3 moves when you use the right pokemon type. You know what? Lets put it this way, try and beat this moveset without using its weakness, without using rain dance and thunder and see if its easy. Once evasiveness gets up to maximum, its near impossible without the right moves.

...not to mention that Double Team is banned in standard play, so that just throws half your strategy out the window. XD

Most bird pokemon are gonna wanna use Brave Bird and Return as their STAB moves of choice...with the exception of Noctowl, who is more specially oriented and Guts Swellow who makes great use of Flame Orb and Facade. Roost is a good idea nonetheless, especially with the recoil damage from BB and Swellow's burn damage. The last moveslot can best be used for Agility or Tailwind, depending on your play style and if your other pokemon could use a speed buff. :P

What do you mean banned in standard play, standard play is your basic pokemon game and in the pokemon games I can use double team as much as I please. Besides I'm not like most people, I'm not a brute, I don't like using power moves with every one of my pokemon. I prefer to use strategy. For example, using the moves mean look, parish song, and pain split with misdreavus and mismagius. Use mean look to prevent the enemies escape, use parish song to cause both pokemon to faint in 3 turns, and use pain split to keep misdreavus/mismagius alive as long as possible. Switch out after the 2nd ding and your opponent is forced to stay for the 3rd ding fainting it while misdreavus/mismagius stays alive. A healing move would be better instead of pain split but I don't think misdreavus or mismagius can learn a healing move. Anyway I like being different, not only using strategy but also using moves that other people don't normally use and moves like brave bird like you said is used by everybody with a bird pokemon.

A way to beat this set with no weakness? I must admit, a interesting challenge. But is seems, the ability No Guard, might be able to wreak havoc on to this set. But, other than No Guard. Haze is the only thing that comes from the top of my mind that can challenge this set.

He actually meant the competitive standard play as in Wi-Fi and Shoddy battles. All evasive moves are banned (along with others such as OHKO moves).

Also, this thread doesn't belong here. It belongs in Pokémon Strategies and Movesets or even In-Game Team Help; however as you've only really specified one Pokémon and not enough detail (e.g. items) so I'll go ahead and close this.
