I tend to say both, actually. Sometimes I would say 'It's five before 6:30pm' while other times I would say '6:25pm'. I guess it just all depends on what I end up thinking about before saying it? I'm not too sure.

I usually say the time digitally. I don't know why. It's just more specific to say "six fifty-three" rather than round it off and say analoguely "five to seven". I may sometimes use "quarter-to-five", but I'll always say "twelve thirty" as opposed to "half past twelve".

I say it digitally, although my girlfriend got me hooked on saying thirty-minute marks as "half [hour]".

For me I've always been the digital kind of person, just used to it that way, and as others are saying it's much easier than analogue itself. I may, however, say it analogue if I just don't know what to say at random moments and I'm somewhat bored.

Both for me.

Though what really gets people is if I say it in military time (1:30 PM = 13:30, etc.). It even gets me confused sometimes, but I prefer military time to standard time.

I only use analogue. I dunno if that's a British thing? But yeah I've always said 'five to,' 'ten past' etc. It's just normal, for me, I guess.

Online, I'd say it digitally. It's much quicker and it takes too much effort for me to type it out as analogue. D:

Offline, I'd say it as Daydream would do.

I think it is. I rarely hear people say the time in "digital style" I'd probably think it was weird if I heard somebody say it that way.

In case you didn't guess, I say the time in "analogue style" it's just the way I've always known it to be done.

I say it digitally. It's just more efficient to me.

I tend toward saying it digitally but my parents say it the analog-style so sometimes I'll use that at home. But digitally seems to roll easier off the tongue for me.

I'm an oddball of a British again then... That's it, internet shoo, you've made me American or whatever. So I can actually be British, I will escape then come back and never come back.

For me it's digital I've never been able to adjust myself to the analogue clock, I'm fourteen and still can't read them properly and I don't have a clue why. So, it's digital all the way for me internet or not! People here say it the analogue way all the time then I go and say "7:25" or something and they get all confused and I have to do maths or just show them my phone if too lazy, which the latter is the most common option.

When people ask me what time it is, I usually say the minutes, unless it's half, quarter past or to.
And then people usually ask for the hour as well. :B
