And you can get the games for wii? I didn't know that. x3 I almost bought the 5 dollar app for my iPod though. x)

Have you guys heard about the Layton vs. Phoenix Wright game that's gonna be out on the 3DS? o: We might get proper voice acting! <3
Oooh, I just recently heard about that. Seems mighty interesting so far, although I've never played the Layton games before.

did i read that right!? a Layton vs Phoenix Wright game? you just completely made my 2011! XD;
i didn't know yet, but that's just.. ahhhh, i can't wait now!

>> i'll stop being overly fangirlish now. XD;
I actually wanted to buy the PW for Wii too, until i noticed it was the same as the DS games.. so i didn't in the end. tho i do think the Wii would be a fitting platform for Phoenix Wright games honestly.
and just maybe even the EdgeyInvestigation games too XD;
-- i don't need promises.

Trials and Tribulations and Apollo Justice. AJ was my first AA game, and Godot is awesome, not to mention I really liked the build-up with the cases. <3

My favourite AA game was probably the third one. The plot was great, I liked the cases, and I thought the last case was the most epic of all of the games. n_n I also really liked Apollo Justice for its gameplay but I thought it should be a new story and I felt having Phoenix in it really weighed it down. Yeah, that's what I'm hoping. And I hope they actually make one instead of continuing with the Edgeworth spinoffs. :( I didn't even like the first one much and it's getting a sequel, whereas Apollo Justice which was actually a really good game, has no whispers of a sequel. ;_;

(Though Prof. Layton vs Ace Attorney is a good reason to wait longer for an AJ sequel.)

I actually really liked AAI and I'm looking forward to the sequel. Maybe it's because Edgeworth is my favourite character? I dunno, but I think I liked Investigations more than AJ. The biggest problem I had with Apollo Justice is that they tried to make a new series but they wouldn't let Phoenix just die down. Too much focus was put on him and not on Apollo. I mean, the game's called Apollo Justice so I was expecting a little more Apollo, you know? XD;

Trials and Tribulations is my favourite Ace Attorney game btw 8D;

I loved the dialogue in AAI and I'll play its sequel if only for that, but I didn't really enjoy the actual gameplay and stuff. :( I found it a bit slow.

WARNING: Trying to spot all the legal failures in Ace Attorney may be hazardous to your health.

1. How many times does the defendant actually appear in trials, save for Maya?

2. Why does Phoenix have to prove the witness' motive, but the police can blindly arrest people, and Edgeworth has no such task?

3. Dee Vasquez is a murderer for killing someone in self defense. Yeah, she's a Mafia-connected jerk, but still...

4. Let's see how many times Maya can be put on trial!

Hmm. Actually, I found AAI pretty slow, as well. I don't know what though. Just the pace of the game was... slow. -lacks vocab- xDD;;
Especially the last case.

Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney looks freaking brilliant, by the way. xDD;;
Here's the trailer to anybody who can't be bothered looking for it...

My favourite PW game is Justice for All! TAKE THAT.
OBJECTION!

Your honor! That game is obviously inferior... To... Err... Nevermind...

*Is penalized*

Justice for All
(Well, in particular, the Kurain Channeling Murder) was pretty awesome. Though the story wasn't as strong as PW1, the features, cases, and such were much, much more interesting.

Though I haven't played Trials and Tribulations yet, so... yeah.

Also, this series is committed to making me bang my head against the wall (VON KARMA-STYLE!) in frustration.

Yes, it's just a game. And yet...

My grievances with Turnabout Goodbyes are in the spoiler below.
Spoiler:
Okay, this is just off the top of my head, but...

1. Misty Fey's channeling of Gregory Edgeworth said that Yanni Yogi shot Edgeworth. This was taken as fact, but Yanni Yogi was acquitted on insanity charges, so he still shot Edgeworth, allegedly. Yeah. I mean, I know that he didn't really, but insanity defense is pretty much admitting to murder.

2. The statute of limitations. IANAL, so I don't know how realistic this is, but... I love how, in Wright World, someone can come out and say, "Lolz, I did it, but you'll never be able to prove it before the statute runs out."

3. I love how, at several points in the game (The Steel Samurai case is really, really bad about this), after you get your defendant 99.9% acquitted, they can instantly be declared guilty if their lawyer starts to suck. And, as we know Guilty = Death penalty... -_-

4. von Karma. Then again, he was supposed to be an evil, unlikeable jerk. So, yeah, they succeed on this one.

5. Wouldn't they have cameras in the police records room? To deter evidence stealing?

As great as Trials and Tribulations was, after beating it, unlike the other games... it didn't make me want to replay it. I don't know why. It has the best story, though.
The second game had the most interesting cases, so yeah. I think that's probably why I liked it most. Not to mention I found Turnabout Big Top really awesome. |D

Apollo Justice was good. It's just-
Spoiler:
I didn't like how they directly tied the game to the end of T&T. Well, 7 years later, but still. I mean. T&T had a really happy ending, especially with the Iris and Feenie renunion. Apollo Justice just gets all the happiness you felt at the end of the game, and crushes it. I'm just saying.
