Of course! To me my dog, is a part of the family even though it isn't a human. We're it's family so we should celebrate christmas together. I know it may sound barbaric but it's true. I do b it some treats and a toy, nothing too major, and of course when it's his birthday I don't have a party like some do.

But all to their own I suppose. As long as I know my pet has celebrated with everoyne else I'm content. :> I just would feel sorry for it if it was left out.

We get my cat new cat toys because he breaks them quite easily, and we put up a cute little stocking for him, but that's about it. My cousin actually wraps presents for her dog. But since she doesn't plan on having children (or at least not soon) then it's the closest thing she has to a child, so I don't see anything wrong with that. We also get my cat a jingly red collar and a Santa hat. He's adorable in it. :)

Spoiler:

No, that's not me holding him, lol.

I'm planning on somehow finding money to at least get my dog something this year. c: It's probably going to just be a toy or something, but my dog will love it nevertheless.

It tosses its enemies around with agility. It uses all its limbs to fight in its own unique style.

My dog gets ridiculously excited around Christmas time. We can't even put the presents under the tree before Christmas Eve night because he unwraps them. So yes, he gets quite a few toys for Christmas, and he unwraps them all on his own.

Of course, ever since I've had a dog, but now we've got two dogs so we did happen to buy them this stocking gift and would probably put some treats with that, I actually convince my dog to think it's from Santa and say "If you be good, Santa will come for you certainly with a gift". I just like want my dog to be good over the holidays, 'cause he gets over excited. But, I just remembered me and my Mom had bought sweaters for them as well.

I do, I buy them new... "accessories" for their "personal use." :)
Ooh, and what would these be, NNC?

I don't, really. I don't have any pets, because the animals are owned by alls the others in the house.

When I get my cat, though...

This year I don't have pets, and I don't feel like mailing anything for cats I don't see anymore.

As a kid, I think there was one year my parents got our cats treats, but usually, no, pets aren't included in Christmas. I couldn't tell you if it's out of laziness or if my parents just don't see it as terribly important.

I've never bought anything personally for my cat during the holidays, but to be honest I think he considers the Christmas tree to be a gift. Every year after decorating it my cat dives under the tree and falls asleep and does so for the remainder of time that it's up. My best guess is that it reminds him of the outdoors, but like I said that's just a guess. He also loves to play with the ornaments on the bottom branches and knocks some off during all different times of the day. Whenever I wake up in the morning five or so ornaments will be knocked off onto the rug and my cat will be asleep under the tree. It's actually quite cute, especially when the lights are on while he's under there.

We don't have pets, but we do buy treats for my aunt's animals / the crazy dog belonging to my dad's friend in order to stop him wrecking the house when they come round for parties etc.

I don't have any pets, but if I did I'd probably just give them some cheap chew toy or make them a bigger and nicer meal for them that day. Nothing more than that since I'm not sure that animals have any use for our human holidays lol
