What did you think about Apricorns in HGSS?

I certainly like how there were done - they trees look decent and have that amusing animation whenever you pick on. I also like how Kurt will make multiple Pokeballs from them in a day just like in Crystal as opposed to GS, and the drink you can make out of apricorns for the Pokeathlon was a neat addition as well imo - made them even more useful.

They were done very well. It wasn't like G/S/C where there was one tree for each. The balls that are made out of them are very useful too.

I love me some Apricorns though I can say I've used the drink thing in fact In my current SS file I have beaten Red have 422 pokemon and still have yet to step foot in the Pokeathlon dome. Back on track though the pokeballs Kurt can make are pretty handy except for of course the Moon Ball which really doesn't help a lot. However Fast Balls I find are a must have for catching the roamers. The Lure balls are great too but my favorite has to be the Heavy Ball I have caught so many legends in these it's unreal.

I like the idea a lot, I wished they kept the idea for the other games too. I've sometimes thought about making balls cost more apricorns, and different apricorns could be combined to make different effects maybe~

I like the fact that Apricorns made a comeback in HG/SS. Not only were they used for Poke Balls, they were also used for Aprijuice. But what annoys me is that there are too many Green Apricorns while there aren't enough Blue and Red Apricorns.

I liked them, but I felt an empty space in my heart. I love berry hunting so I was a little disappointed with that. I even filled up my Apricorn case. Why is it that 99 has to be the max number of everything in Pokemon, well the main RPGs

I have so many in my Apricorn case but I never use them for pokeballs or juice for my pokemon.

I never used the apricorns XD as a matter of fact, I never really used berries either, or done any of the competition or beauty pageants they have in the games, they just never really interested me. I might start trying them out though, I usually just play through the game and thats it but I'm trying to expand what I do in the games and try and use it to its full extent.

The apricorns are the best thing about G/S/C and HG/SS. It gave you more cathing freedom than just poke/great/ultra/masterball. Those got boring.

I really never cared for Kurt's Pokeballs. D:
I never used them on him at all...
But, I just recently found out you can use them in the PokeDome! :D;
I didn't even touch the place until recently... But I got the Blender thing and I must say, it is a lot more interesting than the Pokeballs~

I usually waited to collect a whole bunch of the same type of Apricorn so I could get more of the that Poke Ball made.

Apricorns and Apricorn trees in HGSS rock. :)

I like being able to mark all the Apricorn tree locations on my map so I can go back to them later. Sometimes I like to just walk around with my Pokemon (the lead walker holding a Smoke Ball if it's underleveled so I can make sure it can run away if it runs into a much stronger Pokemon) and so with the Apricorn trees all marked, I just tour the areas and pick Apricorns as I go.

Also, I'm in agreement about the Aprijuice used for the Pokeathlon. I've gotten my Pokeathlon star on my Trainer Card without using any juice for my Pokemon, but it's a really neat feature - being able to mix different juices for your Pokemon by running or bicycling around and then seeing who likes or doesn't like what.

EDIT: And Kurt's Heavy Balls and Fast Balls are AWESOME. I don't care much for some of the other Poke Balls, but the Fast Balls and Heavy Balls have come in handy more than a few times.
