I've been using this team on Pokemon Online for a while now, and it's done me a lot of good, but it still loses quite a bit. It's also only really a Gen 5 team because of the lead, but still.

    Name: Zoroark @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Illusion
    Nature: Timid
    EV's: 4 HP, 252 Sp. Atk., 252 Speed
    Night Burst
    Hidden Power (Ice)
    Focus Blast

    Name: Metagross @ Leftovers
    Ability: Clear Body
    Nature: Hardy
    EV's: 60 HP, 252 Atk., 180 Speed
    Meteor Mash

    Name: Charizard @ Life Orb
    Ability: Blaze
    Nature: Timid
    EV's: 4 HP, 252 Sp. Atk., 252 Speed
    Air Slash
    Hidden Power (Grass)

    Name: Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Ability: Sand Stream
    Nature: Adamant
    EV's: 180 HP, 252 Atk., 76 Speed
    Stone Edge

Name: Staraptor @ Flight Jewel (That needs to be different, help me!)
    Ability: Intimidate
    Nature: Adamant
    EV's: 4 HP, 252 Atk., 252 Speed
    Close Combat
    Brave Bird
    Quick Attack
    Steel Wing

    Name: Machamp @ Lum Berry
    Ability: No Guard
    Nature: Adamant
    EV's: 4 HP, 252 Atk., 252 Speed
    Bullet Punch
    Ice Punch

TBH, Staraptor and Charizard aren't that good because of their SR weakness. I'd replace them with Ferrothorn and Jellicent because they have good synergy together.

    -Spikes/Leech Seed
    -Stealth Rock/Leech Seed
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball
    Nature: Relaxed/Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def or SDef/80 Atk, Def or SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    -Scald (Boiling Water)
    -Taunt/Ice Beam/Shadow Ball
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

I'd also replace Zoroark's Choice Specs with Life Orb because it needs the freedom to switch moves. Grass Knot is an option to let it help deal with bulky Waters.
