If I'm reading your question right (which I'm probably not):

You don't have a set time limit to post chapters. If you want to post them all at once, go right ahead. Just know that potential reviewers might not want to read more than one (or two, depending on how long they are) chapter(s) at a time, so you'll lose out on getting reviews. So you could also post one chapter at a time, with some space in between, to give readers a chance to read and respond.

Really, it's up to you to decide when you want to post and how much you post at a time.

You can post one well before or after 60 days (I know I have with the latter...ehehe). As the FF&W rules here state the bumping rule does not come into play for authors who post a new chapter.

You...don't know where the rules are after being here for two months? ._. That just stikes me as, uh, odd. To say the least.

At any rate: the forum-wide rules, and the FF&W rules (most if not all sections have a rules thread sticky at the top of its own section for future reference).
