Ok basically every post has to be in this general form:

What is the ability:
What it does(optional):
Who should get it(comment on it):
Who really gets it(comment on this too):
Ill start
What is this ability:Mold Breaker

What the ability does:
If this Pokémon attacks and the target's ability would prevent the effects of the attack from taking place, or hinder the effects of the move, the ability is temporarily nullified while the attack is in progress.
Who should get it

The obvious choice for what should get Mold Breaker is Rhyperior! With its massive attack, Rhyperior would love to spam STAB Earthquakes without worrying about pesky Levitators switching in for free. Rotom would get utterly destroyed, as would Flygon, Latias, Gengar, Bronzong, and Azelf, among others, which would probably be enough to boost Rhyperior’s usage enough to cement it into OU. However, it should be mentioned that Rhyperior would also miss Solid Rock dearly if it were to use Mold Breaker. In that sense, Gliscor would also make great use of this, as with Swords Dance and decent speed, it can shred through teams with STAB Earthquake.

Who actually gets it

Two pokemon Pinsir and Rampardos, have access to this great ability. Though it is pretty cool that both of these Pokemon have an impressive attack stat and access to Earthquake, neither gets STAB off of it, and both have other poor qualities that discourage people from using them. However, Doryuuzuu/Excadrill also gets it, allowing it to spam earthquakes with its GIANT attack stat. But Excadrill also gets sand rush which allows it to sweep better >_>
Ok this is just my sample so there is no need to be so detailed :D

Spikes and Stealth Rocks obliterates wonder guard, and with about 60% of competitive players running either of those moves, wonder guard is pretty much useless lol.

Yeah? Spikes/Stealth Rock hit ONCE. Just Once, so it will only work for the first couple of thirds of HP, and if it comes out first, its completely safe. It just has to watch out for status ailments/confusion, but with refresh, its safe.

A Pokemon with WonderGuard has 1 HP.

I really think the [ROBLOX] admins are not satisfied with breaking the game, they intend to break reality itself.

Pokemon is okay, I guess.

Thank you for copypasting Smogon, bro.

Though to answer the thread, I'd like to see the auto-weather abilities get better distribution. Mostly Drought, since it hardly exists and Drizzle+Swift Swim is regarded as broken.

What the ability does: Permanent sunshine, unless another weather effect is used or Air Lock comes into play. Notably, this activates Chlorophyll.

Who should get it: ANYONE. But specifically, Drought would most likely go on a fire type, so I'd say Arcanine, Volcarona, or even Heatran. Way to many fire-types have Flash Fire anyway.

Who actually gets it: Groudon, DW Vulpix/Ninetales.

What is the ability: Adaptability
What it does: Boosts STAB moves from 1.5x their normal power to 2.0x
Who should get it: Love to see it on some elemental sweepers - ie those perfectly set up for using moves of their own type.
Who really gets it: Eevee, Porygon-Z (a waaaaste as they're normal types), Corphish and Crawdaunt (Dream World only), Feebas (loses it when it evolves) and Basculin (it sucks).

'Nuff said.

(In Porygon-Z's defense, whoever decided Z should have Adaptability in the first place likely had Conversion in mind, allowing it get STAB on a more worthwhile type like for say, ice or dark. Looked cool on paper, but as just about anything could 3HKO it, it never saw the light of day shortly after Scizor gained Bullet Punch.)

Anyways:

Ability:
Stall

What it Does:

Lowers the priority of moves with a base of 0 and bellow so that the Pokémon with this ability will always move last unless executing a priority move, facing a Pokémon holding the lagging Tail/Full Incense, or facing another Pokémon with Stall.

Who Should Get It:

At a glance, seemingly NOTHING would want an ability like Stall, as its effect has at most a very situational benefit, far outweighed by its negative effect. Nothing that is, accept for a Pokémon with an ability that is even worse. Slaking would dump his 100 speed in an instant to get rid of Traunt, as being struck first every turn is much better then having to recharge every other. This would serve to make Slaking much more competitively sound, while still being relatively balanced.

Who Really Got it:

While Sableye isn't necessarily a bad Pokémon, this glinter-eyed gremlin happens to have access to Prankster, Stall's polar opposite in terms of effect (though having no effect on moves that deal direct damage), giving it little reason to chose Stall as its ability.
