I would like to request membership, please. :)

Why do you want to join?: Ground pokemon are pretty useful. Though they are weak against grass and water, they still don't stand a chance against electric and fire.
Partner: Gastrodon

Topic Answer: I personally think that both Mudkip and Shellos should stay as pure water-types. They both live in muddy locations, and that's pretty much where they get their ground-type moves before they evolve into Gastrodon and Swampert.

To discuss Ground type Pokemon.

Topic Answer:
No, I don't see any point in Shellos and Mudkip being part ground types because their evolutionary forms are ground types. Mudkip on the crazy hand must remain a pure water type Pokemon because of being a starter. We don't have dual typed starters, right? ;)

Bulbasaur is dual-typed. lol.
Sometimes I also think Furret and Sentret should be ground-types

Ah! I missed Bulbasaur. lol :x

Furret and Sentret, eh? In an episode in the Jhoto saga, A Claim to Fame, Misty called Furret a ground type Pokemon. XD; I can see why they could be ground types, they are in the Ground egg group and live underground as well.

They do live underground, but they can only learn one ground-type move, though. Both Sentret and Furret can learn Dig by TM only.

Time for a new topic!

What is your favorite Ground-type move and why?
My favorite Ground-type move will be Mud-Slap. Though it doesn't too much damage, but it does lower accuracy to non-keen-eyed Pokemon.
