Darn too late! Oh well Ill turn this into an update in a little bit.

Spoiler:
After getting the dex and the balls I hacked in alakazam, typhlosion, yanma, and spheal. I went and had my optional rivaal battle just to get the exp. I headed through the viridian forest. "Lol lets spam string shot" I swear all the bug catchers in that area got together and decided thats what they were gonna do. Anyways after that I headed into the pewter gym. Showed some kid who was boss, then set my sights on brock. After loss against brock (hadnt healed properly before hand) I collected myself and headed back over there healed up and ready to fight. This time it was a much quicker much more one sided match as my alakazam dominated over his geodude and onix. I made it through my least favorite part in the game, Mt.Moon. I don't know why I detest mt moon so much, I just do. Anyways, I made it to cerulean and quickly challenged misty. A fairly easy battle, the only pokemon that gave me trouble was starmie but yanma finished it off for me. I challeneged the nugget bridge with virtually no contest from anybody in there. Not even my rival could stop me. After meeting bill like Cid had said, I got the SS Anne ticket and headed to vermillion city. I healed up in vermillion then boarded the massive cruise liner. I fought all the trainers on the ship just because I can and wanted the exp then got cut after another easy battle with cid. I headed off the ship and I'm going to challenge Lt.Surge soon.

@Crystalized: Just so you know, you're gonna have to hack in Pupitar as a Pupitar because FR and LG for some stupid reason prevent anything outside the Kanto Dex from evolving until you get the national pokedex.

Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.3:

After getting Terra up to speed we headed back into Mt. Moon where we encountered members of a group calling themselves "Team Rocket". I think I'd heard of them on the news, something about terrorists who use pokemon to do their dirty work...and they weren't messing around. The first grunt I encountered had his [or maybe some poor trainer's] Sandshrew throw dirt in my, Yuuko and Terra's eyes while his Rattata and Zubat tried to steal all my items and Terra and Yuuko's pokeballs[!] in the confusion...fortunately, he underestimated Terra and Yuuko, who proceeded to make quick work of his team. Coward. The second tried the same thing with an Ekans and Zubat...minus the throwing dirt bit, Terra proceeded to pummel him and his pokemon. We encountered two more grunts, neither of whom strayed from the "attack the trainer and act surprised when his pokemon come to the rescue" formula. Near the exit of the cave we found a hysterical fossil fanboy who insisted on battling us for the rights to a couple of fossils, I just wanted him to get his fossils out of the way so we could get past, but he wasn't listening. One brief beatdown later I was one dome fossil richer and out of that cave.

Outside we saw a pair of martial artists arguing over whether punches or kicks were better. After sucking up to both of them I convinced them to teach their ultimate techniques, the imaginatively named "Mega Kick" and "Mega Punch" to Yuuko and Terra respectively.

Finally we reached Cerulean City and the next gym.

End of the Day Update. Also if anyones a hockey fan in here The wings are gonna come back and take the series.
Spoiler:
After searching for what seemed like ever to get the electric doors in the vermillion gym to open I finally figured out how it works and was able to take a swing at Lt.Surge. Lt.Surge's battle seemed fairly easy and not worth the long time it took my small brain to figure out how the lock system worked. After all this I decided to head on down diglet cave and get Flash. To my surprise I still needed to catch 8 different types of pokemon and I was off. In my "safari" so to speak I found my oddish and named It Poison Ivy, after the batman villain. I got flash from professor oaks AIDS and left the scene. I headed too The the cave to get to lavender town. Forget what I said earlier this is my least favorite cave of all time. Its just so unnesicarily dark ya know? Well I put a pikachu I had caught during my safari and taught it flash to help me through the cave. After what seemed like forever I was in lavender town. Cue the creepy ass music. Fought cid in the pokemon tower, a very easy battle and I had no problem overcoming him. I found that my oddish was becoming very underused and under leveled. I made a slight attempt to fix this but that was scraped on my way to celedon where I got my eevee evolved him via thunderstone and took on the rockets home turf. After a simple walk about the rocket hideout I found Giovanni and raped his team. After leaving the scene of the crime I headed to erikas gym and proceded then to rape her team as well. I jetted out of celedon as quickly as I could because I was now wanted for two felony charges of rape and headed to Saffron. Team Rocket was up to no good again as I saw one person standing outside the silph company looking all smug and ****, god I hate him. He wouldn't let me in so I wen't back to Lavender to play the role of Ghost Buster and take out the mother marowak. After fighting a bagillion crazy spirit talkers I took out the marowak and saw, You guessed it! Team Rocket. Getting pissed off at the frequency of my bouts with these lunatics I took out the three gaurds and saved the helpless old man. Him being grateful he gave me the pokeflute. Bless his old soul. Now I can take out those sleepy bears blocking my path to fuchsia. Although I wouldn't download a bear I would take one out. Scratch that, take two out. And thats what I proceded to do. I set my eyes on the silph co situation and ran in balls first. Pokeballs that is. Dubstep a blazzin I tried to make sense of the challenge of the pressure plates only to stumble once more across Cid. **** you Cid, you came this far and didn't help save silph? You douchebag. Anyways this was the hardest fight yet He came at me with his best and I almost failed but I barely came through. I went back and healed up at the lady with the two beds and continued onward. Walked straight up to Giovanni and laid my balls out on the table proclaiming "Get @ me" He enthralled by my opposition attacked with his weak ass pokemon. This is when I first realized how over leveled ness is compared to the rest of my pokemon So I basically used ness to whoop his ass. Skip forward a long line of fishermen and leveling up Poison Ivy to a Gloom I challenged Koga or whatever his name is and with ness out front absolutely dominated his poison type team. Nothing can stop me now. Oh other than tedius grinding for xp.

Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.4:

After asking around for a while, I discovered that the gym leader here uses water types. I think we'd be better off waiting until I found a new team member, or at least until Terra and Yuuko are stronger. I headed North, as someone had told me about a large gathering of trainers up that way, lots of trainers means lots of "levelling up". Unfortunately, before we could make it to the bridge, we were stopped by none other than the alpha jerk himself, Gary Oak. He said he had caught a bunch of "strong and smart" pokemon...they can't have been too smart or strong if that moron managed to catch them. My theory was proven when Terra utterly destroyed his team...and the section of the bridge he was standing on, accidentally of course. After swimming back to land he gave me a "fame checker" and ran off...I've recently noticed that it wasn't waterproof and does nothing but make obnoxious noises now...Hm, sounds kinda like Gary.

Once I finished convincing a nearby police officer that the bridge collapsed on its own and we were in no way accountable, we headed onto the bridge, making sure we avoided any moves that may damage it further. We had to fight our way through a group of five trainers who claimed we'd recieve a "fabulous" prize once we defeated them...it was a gold nugget. What am I supposed to do with this? Anyway, the guy who gave me the nugget then revealed himself as a member of Team Rocket...interesting variation there, "give the trainer something, then challenge them to a battle"...I would've just waited until the trainer turned away and hit them over the back of the head with something...anyway, he insisted I join their organisation, Terra insisted he take swimming lessons.

We proceeded onto the next route and...wow, there were a lot of trainers there. I even had to run back to town to rest Yuuko and Terra up at one point. In any case, we eventually defeated all of them and made it to a house at the end of the route. I think Gary said something about the guy who lived here. I was supposed to visit him, or something. Anyway, I knocked at the door...there was no answer. The lights were clearly on inside and I figured I should check to make sure the occupant was alright. As it turns out, Bill, the owner of the house, was very much not alright. He'd apparently combined himself with a Clefairy while working on a teleporter...or something. It was pretty easy to fix and I got a ticket for a cruise on the SS Anne in return! Awesome!

I think I'm going to end this entry here and see if I can find any way to avoid fighting this gym.

Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.5:

After a quick tour of town, I discovered that there's only one way out, through someone's backyard. I hope the town planner got shot for that one...Anyway, I headed out and got attacked by another Team Rocket grunt, Terra pummeled him and his team and he gave us a TM in exchange for his life. Awesome. So, after informing the same officer who accused me (quite wrongfully I should add) of damaging the bridge of the terrorist's location, we moved on.

Ah, Route 6...what to say about it? Oh, I know. HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET -shudder- BUG POKEMON HERE?! Filthy insects, I hate them...anyway, after beating up everyone on the route Terra evolved! It was so cool! But...she looks pretty ugly now. >.>

We headed into Vermillion City and found that the gym was blocked off by a pretty big tree...there weren't any branches low enough for climbing to be an option, it pretty nicely filled the gap between the side of the building and the tentacool infested waters, and generally made the leader, "Captain Sludge" (or was it "Colonel Smurf"?) look like a massive douchebag.

I heard that the captain of that ship Bill gave me a ticket for, which was incredibly swanky and I doubt most trainers could get a ticket for, knew a way to get past that tree. So, onto the SS Anne we went!

And pretty much immediately, Yuuko showed Terra how much she likes being upstaged! That's right everyone, not only do I have a Graveler now, I've got a frickin' Primape too!

Well, that's enough awesome for now, I'll write again soon.

Spoiler:
Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.6:

Wow, that ship was full of trainers! I mean, you can't open a door without someone asking for a battle. This is awesome. Erm, anyway...

As I kinda expected, Gary had somehow found his way onto the ship, no problem. He said he'd already caught 40 kinds of pokemon, I guess that explains why his team's so weak, he's spreading the training around. In case that didn't give it away, he was a piece of cake. Terra probably could've handled him solo, but after some complaints from the other passengers and the crew she had to tone down her attacks to avoid sinking the ship.

As it turns out, the main reason we had to stop rocking the boat was that the captain got seasick really easily. After rubbing his back a bit he felt well enough to give us HM01, Cut! He said it couldn't be forgotten easily after it was taught and my pokedex said it was, quite frankly, a terrible move. So, Bulbasaur came out of the PC to cut down a tree.

...And apparently we need another badge to cut down the tree...I'm not sure how that works, but I'm sure it makes sense, somehow.

After running back to Cerulean City [and taking a good, long break to recover from said trip] we headed for the gym. And...Wow. The leader, Misty, looked pretty damn amazing. Shame the said couldn't be said for her team.

Staryu and a Starmie,
Both KOd with one attack,
Yuuko is awesome.

Like that? I'm thinking of putting one of those "haiku" things in after every gym. Just to spice this log up a bit.

Anyway, with that badge in hand, I think this is a good place to end this entry. I'll write again when I'm done taking a nap.

Current Team:

Terra/Graveler Lv.29
-Rollout
-Magnitude
-Defense Curl
-Mega Punch

Yuuko/Primape Lv.30

And another update.

Spoiler:
Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.7:

I got a bike! :D Yeah, that made the trip back to Vermillion City much easier. Anyway, the gym was a total pain, I could see Sandwich standing on the other side of some electric fence [man this guy's a douche] and he wanted me to dig through his garbage to find a couple of switches! So I did what any normal person would do...I beat up his minions and made them search for me. :D

I quickly worked out why Saskatchewan had that tree and the fence, his team sucked! He must've needed those to avoid having to give every trainer in the country badges. Terra took more damage from his cronies than from his team, ha!

Electric leader
Has got nothing on Terra
Magnitude 7

Anyway, after a quick trip to the pokemon center we headed back to Cerulean and to the east. After some trainers, including a couple of bug users [When will they stop!?] we made it to the Rock Tunnel. This place was dark, I could hardly see 2 feet in front of me...nonetheless, my next badge was on the other side, so we had to press on. Part way through the cave [ugh, what's with all these creepy pokemaniacs?] there was a kid who offered to teach one of my team members Rock Slide and...well, Rock Tomb was nice and all, but it just isn't as good. We got through the rest of that cave with no problems by the way.

Once we exited we found ourselves in Lavender Town...this place gives me the creeps. There's a huge tower which apparently is some kinda graveyard. I think we're gonna pass on checking it out for now.

Just wanted to say that I'm having a few problems beating Wattson. With X Attacks and Dire Hits, I can KO his Magnemite... but his Magneton keeps butchering me. So, my update will be late. (Also, if anyone knows of any training hot spots in that general area, I'm open to ideas at this point. xD )

And to make spoiler tags [*spoiler] message here [*/spoiler] (but without the star.)

Just a heads up, you might wanna use something like A-Starter to replace your starter with Mew because a Mew caught in the wild will never obey you no matter how many badges you have.

Also, update!

Spoiler:
Tachi's Fire Red Log Pt.8:

We headed west to Celadon City today. There were a lot of trainers on the way, I think there might've been even more than there were on the road to Bill's house. Anyway, once we got there we decided to do a little shopping, check out the game corner, y'know, what everyone does in Celadon. I quickly noticed that the reels on the slot machines in the casino had Team Rocket's emblem on them...I decided to leave in case any Rocket members noticed me. On the way out I encountered something weird...it was pink, blue and really...unnatural looking. But it was being chased by a Rocket who was yelling something about an "escaped prize" or something like that...and the little guy seemed to want to come with me, so meet Y2K the Porygon. (Ugh, Adamant)

Y2K seems more than a little traumatised, so I've decided we're gonna teach these Team Rocket jerks a lesson. I'm not sure how smart they are, given that they left a uniformed grunt to guard a poster, without a cover story in case someone asked what he was doing...anyway, long story short, Yuuko > Team Rocket.

After battling through the hideout and thoroughly beating every grunt we found, we got the key to the elevators here. The grunt said he "dropped it" but no one could be that incompetent, he's probably an undercover cop or something. Anyway, we made our way to the boss. And boy was he a disappointment. One beating later he handed over a "Silph Scope", said that Team Rocket would withdraw from Celadon and left. Apparently this'll let me see ghosts...why I'd want to do that I have no idea.

I'm going to end this entry here, but I'll write again soon. After I'm done with these slot machines.
