I guess I'll be the first to try this outside of third generation and try this in white version

I hope you know that most of us doing the challenge are doing it in Kanto, and only two are doing it in Hoenn. I don't understand how you mean you're the first to do it outside of the third generation, unless you mean the first to do it after the third generation. :P

Nevertheless, I'll add you into the OP. :)

Yes that's what I meant and before I post my first update I wanted to ask your permission to use the same CSS(the first one) since I fail epically at making my own.

I've updated the original plst to everyone's updates up to Amore's third update. I hope this challenge becomes really popular in the future. ;D What do people think of my book update? It's my personal update from now on, so no stealing. :P
I think it's pretty cool. I'm not copying it, don't worry. I cba to reformat all my posts :)

I haven't played today, so I guess next update may not come for a while, as I'm going to be busy. If I haven't updated by the 17th...don't get your hopes up.

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon White
Chapter 1: New Region, New Adventure, New Pokemon, New...Knights?

Good 'ole Nuvema Town is where this adventure begins and for no apparent reason Prof. Juniper decides to give my friends and I our first Pokemon. After jabbing the A button like a madman listening to Bianca and Cheren talk for a while I ended up picking Tepig due to my "recent obcession with quadruped Pokemon."

With my new Pokemon by my side, I went on to watch Prof. Juniper catch a Pokemon and blah blah blah let's speed this up a little:\. It wasn't long before I got to Striaton City, home of the first gym where I decided to do some training around the area before taking on the gym leader.

(This is what happens when you break the lock on your SD card and get forced to use the camera on your phone:tired:)

After finally feeling strong enough to take on the gym leader I went on ahead and beat the trainers in the gym and got ready for my toughest battle so far...

(I lost a ridiculous amount of times before finally owning this thing )

It wasn't the easiest battle but it got me the Trio badge...

(Dammit! I still can't go? Oh well...)

While if it was up to me I would just go on ahead but apparently someone told the geezer I had some unfinished business to attend to..time to make a u-turn. After more spamming the A button dialogue, I headed over to the Dreamyard and met some rather odd people...

(I don't know what Dream Mist is, but I don't think I want any...)

Come to find out these guys(one girl actually) are a part of Team Plasma and they want to liberate Pokemon or something like that. Anyway, I make short work of them and get the dream mist stuff for Fennel and now I can finally head to Route 3. I got there and battle a few trainers when...

(Me, obviously...)

After beating the living crap out of Cheren for the 3rd time, Bianca shows up outta nowhere claiming Team Plasma stole a little girl's Pokemon. Cheren takes off and I try to sneak past them and head into Nacrene City but Bianca stops me and tells me to go get the girl's Pokemon back. Damn! Well, that left me with no choice but to be the hero this time, but before that I took a few steps in the grass and something caught my eye...

(FTW)

Catching this Blitzle was a living hell challenging, taking about 8-9 Pokeballs but I did finally end up catching it and adding it to my team thus wrapping up this chapter.

This challenge sounds pretty fun.

I'd like to use a Porygon-Z and maybe a Dusknoir during this run, but I'd have to hack to evolve them. Would I be allowed to do this assuming I wait for the Upgrade/Dubious Disc and the Reaper Cloth to show up?

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon Yellow
Chapter 3: SS. Anne

I headed to visit Officer Jenny to try and steal her Growlithe, she looked strong so I went in the house that was near to her. The house looked worse then my room and there was a hole in the wall so I walked through. There was a low rank Rocket Grunt on the other side. He battled me and lost quickly. He game me a TM and fled like the coward he was.

(There's not much resilience there.)

I then went south through the Underground Tunnel and after a few quick and easy battles, reached Vermillion City. I went to heal my Pokemon and then I headed east. I beat some people and then went back to the City. After healing I went to the port and flashed the guy (my ticket).

(Is it the SS. Anne or the St. Anne?)

I went to beat all the people staying on the ship. I then went to the kitchen to get the woman's cherry pie (or is that only in R/B?). I went to go dig her one out of the trash and I found a Great Ball.

(Ewww, it has bin juice on it.)

I then beat the rest of the people and went to find the captain of the ship so I could learn his ancient cutting technique. Just as I was about to get there Gary found me.

(Est-ce que bonjour mon rival, que t'apporte-t- te à un bateau si grand et comment vous avez obtenu un billet?)

Gary was easy to beat with Sydian. He told me that the captain was crook. I went to see the captain. He was spewing, I rubbed him on the back and he got better (I must have healing powers). He still felt weak so he gave me HM01 instead of showing me his technique. Before I left I looked in his trash can for another Great Ball. I don't care if there was a Master Ball in there, I wasn't going to pick it up.

(You'd think if you got seasick, you wouldn't be a sea captain.)

After the second I got of the ship the SS. Anne left port for its one year sail. I healed my Pokemon and then went to Diglett's Tunnel to catch a HM Slave for Cut. I then went to the gym and defeated all the gym trainers. Then came the hard part looking for the buttons.

(Probably one of the most hated lines in Pokemon.)

I was very, very, very lucky this time and only looked in one trash can to find nothing and n the other two I found the secret switch. I then challenged Lt. Surge. He sent out his only Pokemon, Raichu.

(Pikachu, stand on your tail!)

That Raichu managed to take out Alterna after a good fight but in the end it lost to Sydian. I won the battle and Lt. Surge gave me the Thunder Badge. Sydian then evolved into Venusaur.

(Pressure is on Alterna.)

If a Pokemon isn't in your chosen body type, but evolves into it, then you're allowed to use it. The vice versa doesn't apply though, so if you have a Pokemon in your body type, but evolves into something that isn't, then you can't evolve it.

Should I just wait until I can get the first pokemon in my body group before I start logging what I'm doing again? (I think the first is Drifloon at the Valley Windworks).

Well iirc, you can use a Geodude, which can be found in the Oreburgh cave, if you're into that sort of thing. ;) But that's totally up to you how often you update your challenge. I usually update mine every badge, so if you want to wait until you get Drifloon, then fine by me. :)

I hope it works this time... EDIT: Nope it didn't. How do you get the format to work? I tried copy-pasting it, it looked just right in the reply box, but it doesn't post properly.

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon Blue
Chapter 1: Quadrupedal version

I've always liked the quadrupedal pokemon, not sure why. So, I'm going to go with those for my challenge. I would also like to be able to have a full team of six and a wide variety of pokemon to choose from, so that makes the quadrupedal type a good choice.

Started out with a bulbasaur, obviously. It is the only quadrupedal starter.

BLUE picked charmander of course, and you'd usually think charmander is almost guaranteed to win against bulbasaur. Not in this case, and not even a potion used!

After the nonsense of having to go to the pokemart, pick up Oak's parcel, and having to go back, I can now buy pokeballs! Yay! I wasted no time in catching something...

Caught a rattata on route 1.

I already have 3 on my team now with nidoran female as an addition. Caught on route 22.

Male nidoran on route 22 proved to be a little more stubborn. But it was caught eventually!

BLUE was a little tricky this time because I hadn't levelled up very much. His pidgey defeated my bulbasaur, and my rattata was almost taken out by his charmander. But I won in the end, thanks to rattata's quick attack.

Viridian forest's bug catchers were too easy, and gave me needed EXP.

However, bulbasaur still didn't have a grass move to defeat BROCK, so I had to run up and down Viridian Forest's long grass to gain even more EXP. Tedious grind is tedious.

Oh, would you look at that, a pikachu! Shame I can't evolve it, buit I can at least add it to my team temporarily.

I should probably go buy more balls at this rate...

Ah! Finally, vine whip!

Now, to take on the gym.

I get to try out vine whip against the pre-gym-leader battle. Not bad! Now for the real battle, which turned out to be very uneventful...

... yes, Brock. Yes you did.

That concludes chapter 1 of my quadrupedal run.

If you're trying to get the code to work, then I could help with that. Just make sure you copy the code exactly as it is and don't edit the code itself whatsoever. If it doesn't work, then make your own style. Creativity goes a long way here. :)

How do I copy the code? I don't change the code, but that's because I can't really copy it. I can copy the content, and when its in the reply box it looks how it should, but when I change the post so it displays the code, it's only simple code (the kind that makes it display how it did in my post). Also, when I post it I also lose the style effects so it becomes simplified.

I can't make my own style because I don't know how to code. I can only do simple text and maybe some different fonts and colours. The only way I can save space is to use spoilers, I don't know how to get the neat little scroll bar.

Do you think you could show me a code template I can use please?

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon Yellow
Chapter 4: MY VAPOREON!

I healed my Pokemon and headed back to Cerulean City. I then went east and started beating down all these trainers. There was a guy with a Sandshrew that knew Fissure but all my Pokemon were faster so it made no difference. After defeating all those inconveniences they call trainer battles I reached the Pokemon Center. I healed quickly and went into Rock Tunnel. After wandering around in the dark I found a hiker singing "Hit Me With Your Best Shot". After some more wandering I found my way out. I beat a girl on the outside. She said she wanted there to be a pink Pokemon with floral patterns.

(Ummmmm... Munna?)

I battled a few more people before I made it to Lavender Town. The music made me feel wierd and... I healed and went east. I swept through the trainers quickly so I could get my Vaporeon quicker. I reached Celadon City where I immediately went to the apartment to get the Eevee. I got Eevee and nicknamed it Vappy. I then went straight to the Department Store where I rushed to the 4th floor and bought a Water Stone which I used to evolve Vappy into Vaporeon. On my way out I played some of the games on the 3rd floor.

(At least it's not a Playstation 3, no credit card hackers here...)

I then went and got the Coin Case and after gambling away every cent I had I talked to the Team Rocket member there. He attacked me for no reason at all so I had to beat him. There was a secret button behind the poster so I had to push it. Stairs opened. I went down them and was swarmed by Rocket grunts. I eventually got a Lift Key allowing me to go to a different floor. When I got out the lift I was attack by Jessie and James again. Vappy Took care of them.

(I actually am an executive...)

After I beat them Team Rocket blasted off again...

(Looks like Team Rocket is blasting off again... ping!)

I then went forward and found my boss. I kept telling him I was an executive but he didn't recognise me. I was so angry I attacked him and won, smashing his 3 Pokemon into the dirt.

(Mervyn wants to fight*)

He fled and dropped a Silph Scope. With all that out of the way I healed my Pokemon and went to gym. I used Vappy's Ice Beam to sweep all the gym trainers. They said I wasn't allowed to used Bug and Fire types... not ice. I then battled the gym leader, Erika. All her Pokemon went down quickly to an Ice Beam from Vappy, winning me my Rainbow Badge.

(A grass type gym leader beaten by a Water Type... pitiful.)

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon Ruby
Chapter 1: Starting Out

Today, I start my game in Ruby. I start

by listening to Birch's lecture about Pokémon. I named myself Brendan because I was too lazy to think of something else. After Birch's intro, I found myself

inside a freakin' truck.

(What kind of mother lets her child to stay in the back of the truck?!)

After doing all the boring stuff at my home, I went to May's. After talking to her mother, I went to her room. I saw May packing her items until she saw me

stalking her xD. Anyway, I went outside, headed north, saw a boy who said someone's shouting and found Birch getting raped by a Poochyena. He told me to get

a Pokémon from his bag, and I knew I was going to pick Mudkip but another Pokémon replaced Torchic in Birch's bag.

(BAGON?!)

My hacking skills are awesome! Sure Bagon isn't in my body group but it's evolutions are. Anyway, I picked Bagon. I expected at least one non-damaging move

from Bagon but he has no damaging moves! Awesome! So, the battle was easy, as always. Only two Rage attacks killed it. After the battle, Birch thanked me and

forced me to see May. I battled a Wurmple, then a Zigzagoon and I healed up. I talked to the mart guy in Oldale Town just for a freakin' potion. Then, I grinded

Bagon to level 6 and stalked May again until she saw me. She wanted to battle me, so I did. The battle was easy, took Mudkip down with a couple of Rage attacks.

I healed up and went back to the lab. Birch rewarded me with a Pokédex and May gave me Pokéballs. I went out of that stinky lab to get some air. Mom gave me

Running shoes. What is it with people giving stuff!? Anyway, I like it when the give up their prized possesions to me. So, I headed for Route 102 and battled

some stinky, weak trainers and beated their Pokémon. I arrived Petalburg City and went to the gym and saw my dad. He talked about things until Wally butted

in.

(FIGHT! FIGHT!)

Hehe...I'd like to see the poor kid fight xD. Never mind that, I battled weak trainers again. In one of those battles, Bagon made its way to level 9 and he learned

Leer, which is useless. I've seen lots of Zigzagoon and Poochyena recently, and they're part of my body group. However, I refuse to catch them because. Just

because. Anyway, I made it to Petalburg Woods to grind there a little bit. Also, I hacked a Pokémon there.

(An Espeon! I better make things back to normal before everyone gets an Espeon..)

Okay, right after I got an Espeon, I hacked everything back to normal. So I went back to the early routes to grind Espeon. Now I made it back to the forest with a

level 7 Espeon. I headed to the exit until I saw a Devon guy about to be beaten up by a smelly grunt. The grunt wanted me to battle him, and after the battle..I

got a level 8 Espeon. Finally, I arrived at Rustboro. I decided to go east to find a Skitty. Finally! I got a female Skitty! Now I decided to go to the gym, but I won't

battle the gym leader yet..

(Like Skitty's gonna return the favor.)

That was a gym trainer btw.

Bodily Disfunctions - Pokémon Blue
Chapter 3: I stop playing like a slow person!

No screenshots because I'd rather just finish this. I beat Giovanni in the Game Corner, then backtracked for a bike, which I used to get to Fuschia after clearing the Pokemon Tower and Snorlax. Koga was easy, and I soon found Blue with Surf. I flew to Pallet Town and surfed down to Cinnabar Island. I flew back to Saffron to fight Giovanni and Lozer once more, and got the Master Ball. I then went back to Cinnabar and entered the Pokemon Mansion, getting to the end and picking up a Magmar on the way (Red). Blaine was no match for Blue and Purple, and then Sabrina fell to Red and Yellow. Erika was quite easy for Blue and Red, and I finished Giovanni off with Blue and Red again. Then I beat Lozer on the way to the Pokemon League. I traversed Victory Road, and then went move hunting. I got Submission, Toxic (guess my bag was full when I beat Koga), Hyper Beam, and Psychic. Now its time for the Elite Four. Loreli fell almost exclusively to Yellow, Bruno's Onixes fell to Blue, while the Fighting types fell to Red, Blue and Purple defeated Agatha, Blue and Yellow defeated Lance, and I saw myself staring down the champion. Can't remember the playbyplay, but it was something like:
KO'd Pidgeot with Yellow
Yellow Paralyzed Alakazam and Blue finished it off.
Rhydon was one hit by Surf
Gyarados was one hit by Thunderbolt
Arcanine was two hit by either Surf or Earthquake.
Venusaur was Paralyzed by Yellow, severely hurt by Purple, and finished by Red.

Here's the screenies.

Final Team Stats:
BLUE the Lv. 46 Blastoise
104/92/120/92/103
Surf, Ice Beam, Hyper Beam, Dig

YELLOW the Lv. 50 Raichu

Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Thunder Wave, Toxic

PURPLE the Lv. 43 Nidoking

RED the Lv. 47 Magmar

I've updated everyone up to Myrrhman's last update, which makes him our first champion! I've got some things to say first.

@miju-kun I'm not going to allow this for your challenge. The only time you're allowed to hack is if you can't get a Pokemon in your body type before your second gym badge. You have access to Zigzagoon, Poochyena and a few others before Dewford City, so I'd advise you stop hacking wrongly.

I should get to my challenge again soon. :3
