My ipod's headphone jack has some problems. Sometimes the sound works fine, but if I turn the end of the headphones (the end in the ipod) then the sound is either lost, or only comes out of one ear.

Now I figured if I send my ipod in, they can fix this, as it's still under warranty. But will they also fixed the scratched up screen?

Also, after setting up the repair online, do I just ship the ipod to them? And what exactly happens to my ipod.

My guess is that they would.

They should have instructions on what to do to get your warranty properly processed on their site. If you have questions about their support process, calling their technical support is the way to go.

I think it's just the headphones you're using. Sometimes if I have a pair of headphones for a while, one side doesn't work anymore. And yeah, I think you either have to replace your headphones or have your iPod fixed if the same problems happen with other headphones.

Try to see if it does that with other headphones. My jack is bent so it does that.

I agree that another pair of headphones could either resolve or prove the issue. And the screen scratching is classed as wear and tear, as well as user-induced, so I highly doubt they will fix that for free.
