I'm trying to be an athlete. I'm eating lots of healthy foods, mostly things filled with proteins and vitamins, but also carbs as well. It's tough, but I try. :D

I guess, yeah. I still use too much salt and butter in cooking because I'm from the South and I prefer it. But apart from occasional Pasta Roni or Ramen, nearly every meal involves vegetables, meat, and a starch. I've gotten so unaccustomed to eating sweets I couldn't even finish half a Milky Way bar yesterday. Rather have meat than sodas so now the only carbonated drink around is beer.
It's really hard for me to keep a diet going for long, but I really try. My family works at McDonald's but I have them bring me home the much more healthy wraps.
