I've been on a 1,500 calorie diet for the past 3 months, and lost about 13 pounds. I'm waiting till I get to college to actually start hitting the gym since it's free there haha.
I use whey protein to supplement in my diet since my family's vegetarian and I don't get as much protein as the normal person.
And on another note, ON's 100% Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate tastes sooo goood.
Lmao, I hate beer. I'm more preoccupied with staying fit. After college I'm joining the military so I want to be prepared for that. I want to get better on my stats and be able to bench more than 175. And increase on my 3 mile time which is around 19:05.
Yea, something like that. But the reality hit me. Chances of that happening and me being able to live off the income from that is slim to none. I'm still majoring in zoology while in college, but I won't be following down that path.
