Shame they stopped using the first OSTs after a while. Their eerie feel is part of what hooked me in the first place.

There was some really good stuff on the Bleach OST. All of the stuff I remember is from early on though, oh and Mexico I guess.

Thinking about it all of the big shounenz have pretty good music. Euphoric orchestral pieces in Pirates, the eerie atmospheric and pretty piano arrangements in Bleach, upbeat celtic rock in **** wizards and of course guitar/wooden flute/shamisen mix ups in Naruto.

Aren't Wizards' and Ninjas' soundtracks composed by the same person?

Not part one but the Shuppuen and Fairy Tail scores were done by the same guy. Naruto OST really does become quite grand in part 2. It took a while but it's really grown on me.

I only watched Shippuden for a short time before switching to the manga (somewhat after the Gaara Retrieval arc was animated and completed), but I always liked part 1's music more because of the Traditional Japanese and Rock fusion that they often did (though I was a big fan of the Traditional Japanese songs that they used overall), I really liked how the two melded together, and the music often times felt so powerful, especially this song (especially at its climax):

I was the same until towards the end of the Pain arc. The piece I just posted was playing just as everything was about to go very wrong

but then in pops Minato to save the day.

As individual pieces they're less memorable though.

15. The only memorable song from Naruto is "The Raising Fighting Spirit", in my opinion.

17. Meh, I haven't seen all of the new characters yet, but it really annoys me that all the old characters have the exact same moves. -.- So far I've only seen Hanzo, Mifune and Darui. My sis probably unlocked the rest of 'em as well... haven't had time to check yet.

Spoiler:
Plus the fight against the 7 swordsmen was a complete let down -.-

And Tara, actually the pre-timeskip part was the best part of the series, imo. Though Pain arc was pretty good too. o3o; Also,

Naruto - 623 chapters
One Piece - 700 chapters

It, at times, baffles me that people say One Piece is too long for them to read/watch even though Naruto is pretty much up there as well. :/

To each their own, Derozio. To each their own.

Also, don't even start with the whole 'how long' deal. There is a huge difference between the two for me and that is simply that I have been on and off following Naruto for years and watched part of the anime in place of reading the manga. You have to consider when someone started reading/watching one or the other. I'm sure people who watched/read One Piece since the beginning think the same about Naruto. These days I do not have the time nor am I in the mood for starting a manga that is 700 chapters long. Thank you.

Nagato is still one of my favourite characters, especially when Kabuto revives him.
When Nagato fights Naruto after he's revived, one of my favourite episodes.

One of my favorites is dead, another hasn't been seen since one of the fights ended (I don't think at least), and the last one is with everyone else. Yay.

21. They didn't put my favorite in the game -.- (Omoi)
Instead, they'd creating the most boring bland boss battle ever with Guy, which single handedly knocked down the lot of 'em with the same move...whoohoo...

Nana Mizuki is best voice actress. Plenty of range in there for the more serious moments.

Hinata was pretty dry pre-time skip. I really blame lack of time for character development for that.

Well, except for the 100+ episodes of filler. Seriously though, looking back, Naruto wasn't that long of an entry; it only had 5 arcs.

I have a feeling whoever wrote that those filler arcs really was a fan of her. To be fair the first part was all about setting up that relationship between Naruto and Sasuke, I really wish there was another Zabuza tier bonding arc for the two of them before he left, would have made some of the later stuff more bearable..

After reading Lappy's post one-two (or three) pages ago, I have come to the conclusion that Naruto Shippudden didn't suck (in comparison to part 1) as much as I thought it did. In fact, the only anime scene which ever brought me to tears was from NS. The scene where Obito tells Sasuke about his brother's secret and the flashback ends with Itachi touching Sasuke's forehead while dying. I cried for like a minute or two (what? I'm an older brother, gosh! I could relate to it to a degree! ;p). Good times.

Plus, I realize the only two (or three, actually) arcs that I dislike are the Kazekage retrieval arc, the training arc (it wasn't bad..just bored me at times) and the war arc. The other arcs were actually good. (b")b

You're disliking the war arc? Even the early parts of it had some great moments for me. That Gaara part where

I'm talking about it as a whole, Lappy. I disliked it when taken together. There are good moments like those in there, sure. For example, I liked how Sasuke & Itachi confronted Kabuto/Kabuchimaru, the part where Neji died and Hinata and Naruto bonded and how Naruto gave epic speeches before the recent flashback began but quuite a lot of the mid part of the war bored me. ;___;
