Im planning on getting the Samsung Galaxy S2 and I was just wondering what the best earphones I could get for about £35-£50 were. Preferably the lower end at 35 :P.99% of my music is rap.

Cheers :D.
(I am from the United States, and the brands I mention may not be available in your area. )

I recently got a Samsung Smartphone and it came with some ear buds. There where pretty good, until I lost the ear cushion. I can personally recommend Skullcandy, and 'JVC Marshmallow' ear buds. They are booth really good, and really comfortable. I use both of them, and I would not hesitate to buy them again if need be. Each was $20.00 USD.

If those brands are not available. Then go to the store and look for some in your price range, then go home and Google 'em. Find a few online reviews and see if you like the results. If positive get a pair.

From all accounts, the RE-0s are a little better in terms of sound, but both are a safe bet. If you do sleep with them in/listen in bed, I'd be inclined to go with the RE-0s, due to the more compact design. Otherwise, if you want to save a bit and don't already have a carry pouch to put them in (do this for good headphones, it also reduces tangling) then the E10s might be a better choice. Cheaper 'phones are also a good choice if you're prone to breaking them. Not to mention the RE-0s don't have the best build quality. There have been reports of the casing separating.

As mentioned, both are much better than the rubbish from Skullcandy and the likes. Besides, a phone or mp3 player will bottleneck the benefit from higher-end headphones, anyway. So I'd recommend you just get either pair and appreciate the huge upgrade.

Thanks dude I really appreciate it. Yeah I break them a lot so I'll go for the E10s :P.
