Pokemon: Darkness Arising(Rated T)

This is my first time being a GM so i may need assistance. If anyone wants to be a co GM then PM me.

PLOT:
TEAM COSMIC
Old Team Rocket, Aqua, Magma, Galactic, and Plasma members have slowly formed a team together. Before Giovanni had disappeared, he had a dream. The dream was about Darkrai destroying the world and filling it with darkness. Giovanni was inspired by this dream and told Admins about it. Giovanni disappeared two weeks after. The Admins kept it secret until the fall of Team Plasma. The former Team rocket admins spread the word to the other former admins of other teams. They all thought that they should fulfill his dream and slowly a brand new team was forming. The team secretly grew and it became the biggest evil alliance ever created. They are motivated to fulfilling Giovannis dream. They call themselves Team Cosmic. They have three co leaders and are slowly spreading across the world. Right now they are populating six regions Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and Orre. There has been reports of them killing pokemon, stealing them from trainers, robbing stores, and even robbing museums and labs.

THE ALLIANCE OF HEROES
There is another team that is fighting against Team Cosmic. They call themselves The Alliance of Heroes. They were started by Proffesor Oak who started it because his own lab got destroyed from Team Cosmic. They have three sub leaders. Proffesor Oak is the main leader of the Alliance. The alliance is very powerful but small.

TRAINERS
The presidents of each region encourage powerful trainers to fight back as well after Team Cosmic sent a video to each country of them burning their flags.

Nickname:Slick - this is what everyone calls him

History: After leaving the army, Slick became a Rocket grunt before the formation of Team Cosmic. Slick has always worked on his own, without a partner. His prestige rose with his skills as a thief and ruthless fighter specializing in armed and unarmed hand-to-hand combat.
Unfortunately, Giovanni disappeared before Slick received a promotion, or even a pay raise. This has kindled some amount of resentment. Now, all he has left is his reputation within the new Cosmic organization. Although Slick is not responsible for his former boss's disappearance, rumor has it that he knows of more details about it than most of his colleagues.

Appearance: standing at 5'5", Slick is of average build and looks. His intense steel gray eyes set him apart the most, and help when he's trying appear intimidating. His black hair is just long enough to be slicked back. This does little to hide the sparse appearance of gray hairs along his temples, brought on early by a physically and sometimes emotionally difficult life. He has a small bloodred R tattooed on his left shoulder, and a relatively recent red scar about the width of a finger perfectly running the length of his spine from the base of his neck to his lower back.
Personality: hard-hearted; tough; solitary; secretively noble-minded; hard trainer, but never over-extreme

Name: Amber Maple (trainer)

Nickname: Ams

Region: Kanto

History: Amber is a really ordinary girl. Although her parents got a divorce when she was 14 years old, she and her sister Katie have always lived a happy life. They once befriended a young pichu which they took home and cared for it, and named it Mauro. Mauro now stays with Katie, who left for becoming the champion 4 years ago. Amber herself stood alone with her mother in a small house in Pallet Town, and Amber decided that she wanted to follow in her sister's footsteps by adopting a pokémon and train it. And that's exactly what she did, one month ago. By rescuing a young, healthy Eevee she named Cookie, she started her quest.

Appearance: Amber has curly, long, brown hair and bright brown eyes. She has a very pale skin which makes her look like she's ill all the time. She wears her hair tied up most of the time and wears a deep blue and white cap. Because she hates skirts, she always wears jeans because she thinks they're comfy. Amber wears a blue t-shirt with a little white cloud on the front. Amber wears casual sneakers with blue stripes on them. As you can probably guess, her favourite colour is blue and her clothing and accessories match perfectly. Amber always carries a baby-blue bag for her items and pokéballs.

Personality: Amber is very kindhearted, lovable and can't stand cruelty. Maybe that's why she wants to fight for everything she loves. She really loves to run and is very athletic, which comes in handy in her adventures. Amber has created a strong fondness for wild fruits and berries, and rarely finds shelter in a pokémon center, because she loves to sleep under the stars. Despite being very independent, she misses her mother and sister a lot but rarely can come home. She calls her mom every day to keep up. She is very technical and has hacked her PokéGear to play games and do other stuff with it. She takes the time to explore cities and routes. Amber is also very brave and a very fearless person. She's afraid of very few things and tries to protect the ones she loves without a doubt. That's Amber in short.

Pokemon: Cookie the Eevee, Female, lv. 15. She knows these moves:
- Tackle
- Pound
- Tail whip
- Heatbutt

Pokemon personality: Cookie is, like her name says, very fond of cookies. She especially loves chocolate-chip, but can't have much of them because she tends to throw up after eating them. Cookie loves running, battling for her fun and chasing birds. She is, just like Amber, a real fighter, and is always ready for a challenge or two. She is sweet, but can be a bit naughty at times. The moves she knows, she masters without trouble, especially pound. After she won a battle, Amber gives her a cookie for a treat. Maybe that's one of the reasons that she loves battling. Cookie doesn't level fast but doesn't mind about that. She's jsut glad that she can be with Amber and explore the world.
Cookie isn't fond of being locked up, and actually dreads it, because she has been locked up for nearly all her life, in a shelter. Amber picked her as a pokémon and they've been friends ever since.
