I think this calls for some thread CPR!
You have some interesting art so far. I adore your chibi Dragonite especially, he looks very cute and I think you did a good job with him! :3 He would look great finished - do you plan to add any color to him in the future?
Anyways, critique-wise, I definitely think you should practice anatomy a bit more. Your Raikou in particular should probably be slimmed down a bit next time as he looks rather "chunky" if you will. I recommend doing copies a little less (I noticed some of your images are copies of already-existing official Pokemon artwork) and create unique poses, which will ultimately help you get the grasp of anatomy without relying too much on already-existing images. ^_^ Copying is definitely helpful in early stages but it's best not to rely on them too much.
Also, another noticeable little thing are the eyes on Raikou and your vintage Silver image (which is awesome, by the way!). Raikou's eyes look lopsided and a tad too close together while Silver's right eye (our left) perhaps looks a little too big. Also, for Raikou, it'd probably look better if you lowered his left eye (our right) just a little bit further down. It's still difficult for me to draw eyes and for them not to look misaligned so you're definitely not alone on that!
I know you can't really change anything since they're traditionally drawn but here's hoping those pointers help you out a bit for next time!
Keep practicing and I'm looking forward to more! :D
