Digimon Prophecy​

It's been fourteen years since the Digital World was first discovered, and it didn't take long for mankind to colonize it. Some people went there out of curiosity. Some went for a fresh start. But many went for something far more sinister. The indigenous life forms of the digital world are called Digimon, short for digital monster. They are beings made entirely out of computer data that took the form of various monsters based on things familiar to mankind mythical or real. These monsters hold vast powers unique to their species and go through an equally unique life cycle. Digimon go through six not necessarily linear stages in their metamorphosis starting from their Fresh form and ending in their Mega form. This process is called Digivolution. Their Digivolution is not limited to their life cycle as it seems that Digimon as a species change over a period of millenniums to different species. This process has been named by scientists of our word Macro Digivolution.

However, in the process of Macro Digivolution, some Digimon were left behind and became extinct. Their data had to go somewhere, and it did. It went to the graveyard of deleted data known only as the Dark Area where it became a Digimon. There is an ancient prophesy handed down from the creator of the Digital World that speaks of the world's end by this Digimon created from long forgotten Digimon. This Digimon is so powerful, that the Digital world is warped by its very existence.

A certain terrorist organization has infiltrated the Digital World; their goal is to release the apocalypse Digimon from the Dark Area and use its power to control both worlds. The terrorist organizations name is Lucifer, as their leader, Set, is a narcissist of the worst kind who believes that he's going to take the throne of God from him. They're also looking for pieces of something called the Super Ultimate Digi egg, the purpose of which is unknown.

Digimon Tamers: A Digimon tamer is someone who partners his/her self with a Digimon, and unlocks its full potential. There is a sport that's become a big deal in the human cities of the Digital world. You've probably guessed it, but they pit their Digimon against each other in battle. The name they have for it is the most original name they could think of, Digimon battling.

They use devices called digivices to make their Digimon Digivolve to the next level although Digivolving beyond champion using these devices is a hard task, and Digivolving to Mega is VERY hard. Though hard, it's not impossible as master tamers usually have full teams of Mega Digimon. Digimon that Digivolve via Digivice usually degenerate to their Rookie forms after the battle unless they gain load enough data to stay in their Digivolved forms.

You: You are not just a Digimon Tamer, you are Digi destined. You were just going on about your everyday life in the human world when one day a new looking type of Digivice fell from the sky and called to you. You picked it up and were transported to a jungle in the digital world. There to greet you was a Rookie leveled Digimon, your first one! You had heard of the Digital World but never thought that you'd actually get to go there as pilgrimages to the Digi World had stopped in the last year to contain Lucifer.
