Welcome to the world of spriting :3

Mm, these are definitely not a bad start at all! You've got cool ideas here that I really like. ^_^ But a few things do stick out to me: your outlines are very shaky and you don't really seem to clean up the stray pixels; it's most noticeable on the blue bat's wings. Since you seem to draw the lines by hand rather than the line tool, I'd recommend to erase the pixels on the edges of the lines that aren't necessary and male the lines look too "bulky."

Oh, I also noticed that parts of your sprites aren't actually pixel sprites? The mouth on the bat especially looks like you drew it using a non-pixel brush. Definitely try to be consistent with your sprites! There's also the fire fakemon you posted, which appears to use Manaphy or Phione's head as a template.

Thank you for the advice, I appreciate everything. Here is the bat, I tried to straighten out the lines and I cleaned it up (I did that with all the sprites) and her is what I have now:

You mentioned that I used Manaphy's head as a template. I did. I wasn't sure if that was a bad thing or not, but I ultimately decided I would change it either way and made its head resemble more of a volcano:

Added two new pokemon to the list:
Spoiler:

Penglor
Prizoma.

I think all of your recent one are too large. Not even worrying about fitting with the pokemon style or anything, but pixel art has a lot to do with space. Trying to fit the most amount of variance in the smallest amount of space. The bigger you get in terms of how large object are vs. little detail, the more it's "you could just have drawn images instead".

But basically, there's not enough detail to warrant such large sprites. You should try and make them smaller, as they will probably look better and have an easier time with the shapes.

Thank you, this was actually really helpful. I was finding the shapes really difficult to manipulate with them being so big. I shrunk them all down.

I also added some detail to Hegen:

And I didn't like how Blopt looked so I changed the sprite for now:

I don't know if I'm allowed to post this here but if anybody would please work with me on this project, maybe helping me touch up sprites, make them more pokemon-ish, I would appreciate it to no end. Please PM me if you are interested.
