Ummm, I really loved all my teachers. In 4th grade, I was so sad to graduate elementary school and leave my teacher that I legit cried haha. :( But there are only a few that I really disliked (MRS. GREENWOOD I'M LOOKING AT YOU). In 5th grade, I really liked Mrs. Walden. She was my homeroom teacher and the elective teacher, so everyday, she taught a different elective (creative writing, music, etc) and she was just awesome. I loved how she would act out examples of how not to act or how to act haha. One day she was telling us how it was rude to interrupt and she butted in between two students who had a board game in front of them and was like "CAN I PLAY?!" and then suddenly was like "No. That's not how it goes." I always remember that specifically lol. Sadly, she was only there for the first semester. She moved to Mobile because of her husband's job and we got stuck with Miss Meers for the second semester. Gross. And that's technically middle school in terms of where I was, but the grade level is considered elementary so that'll count for that time.

As for high school, I had an awesome biology teacher in 10th grade. Mrs. Whitehurst was very serious about how she taught, but she still made it fun and creative...as much as biology can be of course! She was from Virginia and said things differently and used big words also lol. And we loved when someone was acting up in class and she'd get ghetto. Did that all the time to this one guy cause he thought he was being Mr. Funny Guy. Not in her class! But yeah, she was awesome and I actually considered majoring in biology because of her.

As for college, I wouldn't say I have had a favorite professor...my SPE teacher was really great though, and when I went to observe for one of my education classes, I really learned a lot from the teacher I observed. She's a kindergarten teacher and technically, she wasn't really my teacher, but I consider her as such because I learned a lot from her as to how I want to handle my classes in the future. There wasn't a bad thing I said about her in my final reflection for that class.

I hope one day people can say I was their favorite teacher. ;-; Awww.

I have two particular favourite teachers in high school. My science teacher last year, and a few other years is probably the best teacher I've had, I think she taught things really well and I was able to understand a lot more of the work with her as a teacher. She was also very nice and is probably the first teacher that I was not afraid to ask for help from. The other is my current maths teacher. She is crazy, but she teaches things very well. She is a major improvement on my last year's maths teacher.

My favourite teacher was probably Miss Coates - my Maths teacher for my final two years of secondary school. Unlike other teachers who either talked down to you or tried to 'connect' in some way with the kids while being a horrific teacher, Coatesy managed to be a good teacher and still be relatable to us in some way. I even have her as a Facebook friend (and she's getting married soon! Aw...) Part of the reason why people liked her was that she wasn't that much older than us (I think she was about 25 when I first had her as a teacher) so she didn't need to 'try' to connect with us; she just did. On top of that, while she knew what she was talking about in relation to maths, even her mistakes when writing stuff on the board were also good learning experiences. Correcting her unintentional screw-ups proved to be quite the eye-opener. And she was never strict - but she never really needed to be, as everyone managed to get on with her. So... yeah. Coatesy was a good'un when it came to education.

I don't remember much about my elementary school teachers, and seeing as how I have a really good memory, they obviously weren't that influential :P

I enjoyed some of my middle school teachers, but it wasn't until I got to high school and college that I actually had teachers that I learned a lot from.

In high school my favorite teachers were:
- my sophomore/junior year english teacher (sophomore + junior english)
- my senior year english teacher (honors world literarure I + II)
- my senior year law and current issues teacher
- my senior year sociology teacher
- my junior year chemistry teachers, and I HATE chem, so props to them.

And then in college, my favorite professors have been:
- my ethics prof (I also took a class with him again on world religions). (2nd year of college)
- my U.S. History prof (second year of college)
- my renaissance art history prof (first year of college)
- my international relations prof (this past year)

I've been very lucky, my college has so many amazing professors and I have learned so much and enjoyed a lot of my classes, but these are the profs that went above and beyond.

All throughout high school my favorite teacher would have to be Mr. Hallet due to how much he not only helped me out in my work but also opened my mind to nearly countless new ideas and theories on god knows how many subjects by now, that and he was a great personal friend to talk to as well. There's also my 8th grade algebra teacher Mr. Zinser as well but I haven't heard from him in ages now.

I had a few good teachers throughout high school but none of them really stuck out like my third grade teacher. Her name was Ms. Rose and she was the nicest teacher I've had - she was very understanding and patient with us, even though we were a loud batch of kids haha. She would bring in sweets from time to time, too. She was my first teacher when I immigrated to the US and made my first year in a foreign country much less stressful. :3

My GCSE Graphical Products teacher was awesome as hell. He was a really laid back guy and even though I sucked at his subject, we were kinda like buddies lol.

As for my college Maths class, my teacher was ridiculously nice. She certainly did have her stricter moments don’t get me wrong but as a whole she was really kind. The coolest thing she did was take our entire maths class (it only consisted of around seven people - we had two college maths classes) out to pizza and she paid for the whole thing! It was amazingly awesome and we all had a great time.

My college physics teacher was also awesome. A really funny guy and a great teacher too.

I had a lot of great teachers from elementary school all the way up to high school. However, the one that stands above the rest would be my freshmen English teacher and also head of the Drama department, Ms. Lovely. Yes, that was her name. Fitting though isn't it? Honestly, I looked at her as both a teacher and a friend. She was such an awesome person that a small group of my friends and I always used to hang out inside her classroom in the morning rather than out in the school courtyard before the bell rang. Since I was also part of the Drama Club, there were many times when I stayed after school in her classroom and the auditorium as well. Actually, if there's anyone to thank in guiding me into my pursuit as an actor, it would be her.

Ms. Lovely was such an open minded, generous and free spirited person that it was hard for anyone not to like her. She also took her role as an educator seriously, but she was never strict of really mean even if a student got her angry. She was understanding, interesting, her teaching methods were both fun and well constructed, and she understood people. I guess it's because she was so young at the time (24) and still is for that matter that made her connect best with her students and myself. Either way, she was just the best!

Not to mention, she was deeply invested into my own cultural background which I found so cool! I always thought, out of all the cultures there are in the world, she was really into mine. When I first walked into her classroom on my first day of high school and noticed all the different Bollywood movie posters and the different types of Indian decor, I knew that she was going to be one of my favorite teachers. Now, having finished high school, I feel like she's the one teacher who left the biggest impression on me the most.

Welll........ in my primary school levels... my favourite teacher was, wait for it...
Mum - she was my only teacher since I'm homeschooled.
But in my highschool years (aka, starting 2 years ago) my favourite teacher has been my music teacher (I went into town once a week for a music lesson) :D . Though he's moved away now..... so I might have to travel something like 2 hours every fortnight for lessons. :(

MY favorite teacher was....so awesome I forgot her name. No really, her name was hard to pronounce or even remember...

That aside, I loved her. She helped me get out of my lack of vocabulary, and speech problems were solved thanks to her. I probably would still have difficulty if it wasn't for her hard work or patience. I will never forget her...I feel bad that I moved away from the state though, I should visit.

Another would be my Medical Skills teacher. We watched movies, passed her tests since she helped us understand the material easily, and she would bring Brownies for us...every two days. Yessh.

My favourite teacher was my Physics Teacher in Year 11 and 12.
He was actually a knowledgeable teacher and knew what he was talking about instead of reading everything out of a book. He let us have discussions in class about topics and answer any question we asked him as well as he possibly could and if he didnt know the answer well enough himself he'd look it up so he could help us better. He taught us like we actually wanted to learn which I actually did so it was great! Also he did tutorials and stuff for us before the main exams which was awesome. Such a good bloke.

My favourite teacher was Mr. Plant, who I had for the last two years of Art class in secondary school.

I very rarely stayed on task in any of my lessons, if I ever even started the set task to begin with. Art was a subject where this didn't matter though, and he understood this.
What I mean by this is that my Art teacher and I believe(d) that as long as I was creating something in that class, whether it was what I was meant to do or not, I got as much out of that class as any other student that did what they were told.

This couldn't have been a better environment for me to work in; I was free to roam around the class and freely use whatever resources I wanted.
Upon noticing I wasn't doing the set work Mr. Plant would simply ask me what I was doing instead, engaging with me as I explained what I was making and took genuine interest in it.

He understood that trying to force me to do something that I wasn't interested in, and getting mad at me when I didn't do it, was only going to hinder my productivity.
Not a single teacher other than him realised this before most of my education was wasted.

I also recently learnt that he still has one of the wire models I made on his desk, which means a lot to me as I left school almost four years ago.

My favorite teacher was my math teacher during the 5th grade, she also became my high school math teacher for three years I think. Because of her I embrace mathematics until now. Her teaching methods is just unique to any of the math teachers I encountered.
And in college, I have many favorites though.
My Graphics I & II professor- he gives many tips and further studies and he's really nice compared to others.
My theory of architecture I prof-i like his teaching skills and also his voice.
My visual technology 1, 2 & 3 prof-i never like his attitude but he's a true artist
and of course my physics teacher-because of her i started to love physics.

they're still my teachers today I hope the next ones would be like them also.

I remember two of my fifth grade teachers being exceptional. They took a shine to me and recognized my interest in cars even back then. I even got a promo video for the (then newly redesigned) Chevy S-10 pickup from one of them after we all watched it in class. I think that was a reward after I got the highest grade in the class on a test.

I actually don't have anything bad to say about any of my high school teachers after transferring in 10th grade. They all seemed to like me and I even jokingly called my computer drafting teacher, "Mom" xD

I also had one exceptional math professor in college. Besides being really generous about grades (exam averages were always over 100 b/c of extra credit xD) he was also a really great guy to talk to... even when I didn't hve him for a class, I'd swing by his office and we'd just talk for 15-20 minutes between classes. I had him for three classes and enjoyed each of them.

In elementary school, my favourite teacher was my fourth grade teacher, Mrs Watson. It's usually the young teachers everybody's after, but she was actually the oldest of all the teachers I had in primary school. She was 54 at the time, and she was English - one of the less mainstream British accents, though I couldn't identify which one anymore. But yeah, she was awesome. She made every day fun and she knew exactly what to do with a bunch of 9/10 year olds.

In high school, it was easily my French teacher, Mrs Turner. She was really cool, also an Englishwoman, and I found myself becoming oddly intoxicated when she was speaking - not because I had a crush on her or anything, she was female and over 40 - but because her accent was so awesome. She's also the teacher I had for the longest - 5 of the 6 years of high school, so I'm more familiar with her than I am with any of the other teachers I've ever had. I have her added on Facebook now lol

My Late American Literature teacher from 11th grade. I have a picture of him and me up on the Post Pictures thread in OC. Reason he's my favorite is cause he's so REAL. He acts like a badass, and he's funny. Dude have me a 90 though. >>
he did it, not me.
