If you're asking whether celebrities have special status or get special attention then, yes, they do.If you're asking whether they would, say, get an organ transplant before other people then, no, they wouldn't. (Unless, of course, they use lots of their celebrity money and go to the black market or something.) Celebrity status might get you things in private, let you rub elbows with the rich and famous, but a hospital isn't going to throw someone out to make room for you. Of course a famous person could get more sympathy if their illness were widely known, but that doesn't really translate to more/better care.

If a person is a celebrity with a bank full of money and simply a person with lots of money, then of course he is able to afford better medical and health care facilities than a normal person with a limited bank balance or medical insurance.
Also, as he is in a constant limelight of the people, they would sympathise more with him and his family.
But there still are a few places and countries in this world where simply with enough power, status or money behind their backs, people can literally throw someone out of the hospital to take their place or get a donor organ before their name comes on the list.
