Ok Im going to say this to help anyone out here that cooks. For a healthy lunch I made: Kahlrabi, Chery Tomatos, and Yellow Pear Tomatoes. Those were to be served with a ranch dip (my own recipe but w/e) NP that parts done easy cheesy. Second part was baked chicken with parsley infused breading. Easy yet again done. For the dessert....
Rhubarb with maple sauce.
Turned out terrible. I hate it. NEVER TRY TO COOK RHUBARB JUST FRIGGIN SAYIN THE STUFF IS FINICKY AND GROSS!!
