Who gives a **** about the title, it is a RMT and I don't care if you are too stupid to get it. I didn't want to put "RMT" on it and Title was the first thing I saw (Hint it could be because it was above the place where the title is typed! )
I throught about enough Special Attack to OHKO Salamence, but that is a lot, and Quagsire needs the Defense EPs to survive two Dragon Danced Salamence HPFlys and I don't have Special Defense EPs on Steelix so Quagsire will be used to take a few Special hits as well. I can put Steelix' Attack EPs to Special Defense but Quagsire has to deal with Starmie and Kazam so I can't remove SDefense either.
[Edit:] On Steelix, I decided to go with 252 HP / 76 Def / 8 Spd / 174 SDef. The difference between taking a 405 Attack nonSTAB SE Earthquake with 530 Defense and taking one with 500 Defense is laughable.

The EV change to make sure it out speeds everything, and it can still use Overheat effectivly with 255 Sp. attack.

Again changed EV spread, I cut speed because that doesn't help Steelix, with max speed EV's without the nature boost it's only 159, and with the boost it's only, 174. So my spread gives him plenty of HP, attack, and def with the boosting nature and gives him a godly def of 548.
