Crappy rates will be ignored.

Suggestion: Fire Blast over Flamethrower. You might need more power, and the accuracy isn't that bad. I assume with this set up, one DD allows you to outspeed Aerodactyl and Jolteon? @ Lum, please. Paralyzed DD Sala is screwed up.

I screwed up on Salamence's EV's. They should be 52 HP, 252 Attack, 200 Speed.

56 speed on Skarm is to outspeed other Skarms mostly.

Flamethrower and Fire Blast 2HKO Skarm, so I picked Flamethrower for accuracy.
