Ninetales isn't meant to be an all-out attacker; it's meant to set up Drought if needed. Pain Split is also a shaky form of recovery:
-Flamethrower
-Will-o-Wisp
-Sunny Day
-Roar/Hypnosis/Substitute
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/124 Def/132 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Drought

or
-Sunny Day
-Fire Blast
-SolarBeam
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Will-o-Wisp/Nasty Plot
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon
Ability: Drought

I don't think Metagross should be on a Sun team because its Fire weakness gets amplified in the sun. Heatran is a better Sun abuser:
-Lava Plume
-Stealth Rock/Roar
-Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
-Protect
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)/Dragon Pulse
-Stealth Rock
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Sunny Day
-Fire Blast
-SolarBeam
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Earth Power
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Magma Storm
-Taunt/Substitute
-Earth Power
-Will-o-Wisp/Toxic/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Substitute
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Toxic
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Substitute
-Torment
-Protect
-Lava Plume
Nature: Calm
EVs: 244 HP/44 SDef/220 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Overheat
-Flamethrower
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Dragon Pulse
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Dragon Pulse
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power (Grass)/Flamethrower
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Sunny Day
-Magma Storm
-SolarBeam
-Earth Power/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Chople Berry/Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire

Hydreigon should generally take advantage of its very wide movepool of high-powered moves to break walls. Dragon Pulse doesn't seem to cut it, considering that Draco Meteor is more effective at wallbreaking. That, and it's currently walled by Heatran:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Superpower
-Earth Power/Earthquake/Roost/Dark Pulse
Nature: Rash/Mild
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

or
-Substitute
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Fire Blast/Roost
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

or
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Focus Blast
-U-turn/Dark Pulse
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs

While Fire Punch is tempting for Conkeldurr to use in Sun, it doesn't add any noteworthy coverage. Payback is still the better option, as it lets Conkeldurr hit faster Psychics and Ghosts hard. Also, the EV spread of 128 HP/252 Atk/128 SDef is better to help Conkeldurr's special bulk a bit.

I think Donphan would be a better fit over Gliscor, as it can Rapid Spin away Stealth Rock, which is a detriment to Sun teams:
-Earthquake
-Rapid Spin
-Head Smash/Stone Edge
-Ice Shard
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy

Or you can go for Espeon, who can reflect hazards right back at the opponent with Magic Bounce:
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce

Venusaur is best off using Growth to boost its offensive capabilities further:
-Growth
-Giga Drain/SolarBeam
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll

or
-Sunny Day
-Giga Drain/SolarBeam
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Chlorophyll

or
-Growth
-Seed Bomb
-Earthquake/Return
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Sleep Powder
Nature: Lonely/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll

or
-Leech Seed
-Substitute/Protect
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Sleep Powder
Nature: Bold
EVs: 192 HP/252 Def/52 SDef/12 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Chlorophyll
