I agree with Cirno in that you should write that info down! XD; Maybe you can email it to yourself or something? I don't know; it depends if you'd more likely lose the thing you write it down on than forget your email's account details. But yeah, I hope this will be the last time such a thing happens, because I imagine it must be quite annoying to experience.
Welcome back to PC, by the way! Flannery is hot. That whole theme you got there, smokin'. Keep at it. Haha. Anyway, I should get a little bit more serious here. Like Cirno said (I'm one sentence close to being a parrot, seriously), don't worry about not being good at intros. Reintroductions shouldn't be intimidating. If you're feeling noobish again like you say so, don't sweat it! Just post around and make yourself at home. Try to get more comfortable with the forum at your own pace, while still being fairly active. I can relate with the feeling of being new again after a long leave, actually, because I did that countless of times within the first few years after I joined. It's tough, but it's manageable.
Also, the best countermeasure to noob feelings is to read. The rules, the FAQ, section-specific rules, stickies, if it's your umpteenth time reading those then read again. It bolsters your confidence, imo. Like you can take on anything, because you know your stuff and following it simply would help you avoid any sticky situations that make us hesitant in the first place.
If that doesn't help, then really, just trust in yourself. That's also why we're here! To help people out with getting used to the forum, be it as a newbie or as a returning member. So just keep that in mind. And as the song goes, don't worry. Be happy. :)
