Thursday,

Thank you a lot for you team. Unfortunately, I might leave your team in another member's hands. Indeed, I've never played Pokemon gen IV, V, VI, and discovered these gens' Pokemon through hacks as much as Pokemon Glazed and Pokemon Flora Sky. So I don't know 'em very well.

But. If it's not a problem, tell me and I'll chose one any ways {XD}

Another noticeable point. I've seen that in your proposed team, only two Pokemon remain uncatchable in Emerald : Weedle and Seel (source). Also, I don't remember where Miltank is, but I'll be able to treat that in-game.
What I've hacked is : Having Seel as a starter and making other starters Ground and Steel : Diglett and Aron. Also I've made Weedle appear very soon in-game, in place of Wurmple.
Otherwise, we may just change these two Pokemon as you said, but I'd like you to consider it as the last option...

Edit :
Spoiler:
I've forgotten that I have to Hack every single rival battle to get him to have Aggron. Well he chose Torchic, Torchic evolves to Blaziken, Blaziken is a correct arch enemy for Dewgong so... Yeah That's cool.

Waiting for you reply {:3}
Whoops, I was more worried about trying to get Pokemon with different types instead of trying to get Pokemon that you can actually get in the game. :\

I can easily change the Pokemon around to try and make it so that Torchic is a good Pokemon for the rival's team.

Spoiler:
Be careful with hacking Aron over Torchic in each fight since, if I remember correctly, your rival in RSE never evolves their Pokemon past the second form? It would look weird for an Aggron to be level 34.

Don't worry man, I don't want to modify my rival's team, it takes time and eventually is not very useful for this challenge. I've discovered Miltank is in Safari Zone... Yap, I can smell PokeBlock's scent from afar. Also Vulpix is catchable outside Mt. Pyre on the other side... And Swablu on Roads 114-115... I may grind a mon to lvl 20-30 so I can catch my missing pals without killing 'em with overpowered team. It'll be a long run since I get those mons.

Any ways, I'll make a little log every time I run into an important event.

Chapt. I - My two first mons
Spoiler:

Meet FEEBAS the female Emerald trainer that has been named MAY in the anime series, but Feebas fits so much better. Feebas has one single dream, becoming teh ultim8 Pokemon MastR. Here we go.
- Obtained hacked-in Seel from Birch. Brave Nature.
- Seel has Headbutt - yummy
- Already killed hacked-in wild Weedle (lv.2) with lv.6 Seel's headbutt - the thing's weak
- Seel has exp. curve above habitual starters' curves - tough
- Weedle is weak and has a Naughty Nature - Spe. Attacks will kill him fastly. God damn am I allowed to choose a better nature? Maybe... But I'll deal with this one and I'll shall be proud! Don't disappoint me Beedrill.
- Catched a Zigzagoon for... y'know... Pick up.
- Grinding as hell, it totally sucks and takes some time. Did not remember how Poison Sting can be a boring unpowerful move. Next Chapter up to the 2nd gym. Maybe coming with some pics.

Chapt. I - THE END

Is it bad double-posting for that? If it is, next time I'll do an edit-update.

Chapt. II - Let's enter da Legend
Spoiler:

Yeah, I used route 103 to grind so I could have this fellow before battling with trainers.

The miracle of Nature!!
- Sometimes Poison Sting indeed gives Poison. Times of joy.
- Beated Youngster Calvin and Bug Catcher Rock with deadly Poison Sting. Got to go Heal Kakuna afterwards. Each time. Better buy 10 Potions since I don't care PokeBalls.
- Met Father. Yo.

- Wally's such a cloyster

- Seeya Petalburg city. Route 104 Trainers.
- How F*ck, Bide is so broken when game begins.

- Lv. 9 Seel learns Growl. All hail to Growl. LOL!
- Wandering in friggin' forest and still not encountering Shroomish.
- Headbutt's PP out when attacked by first Aqua grunt. Believe me or not, lv.9 Kakuna saves the day by poisoning the damn Poochyena.
- Bug catcher. After Harden wars, Beedrill's Poison sting systematically followed by Nincada's Leech life, I finally can kill this lil' piece of junk.

Second Nincada had same tratment. Haxx. Poison Sting's out, let's go to Pokemon Center now, it's getting ridiculous. Still no Shroomish but my second awaited one's here.

- Shroomish finaly shows up. Jolly Nature is neat.

Time to grind. Route 102 will do. Shroomish has a low exp. curve. Enjoyment. Then, the Woods. Silcoons were frustrating but now I received the true power of Leech Seed. All hail to Leech Seed, and I'm now damn serious.
- Fury Attack deals good damage on underleveled mons, it's like, fast. Yeah.
- Entering Rustboro City at lv. 11.
- This Challenge is by far the hardest. What is the damn answer!?

- Any Ways... Let's check the Gym *saves game*. Oh, it's a Rock-type Gym. Absorb spam.
- Roxanne giving multiple potions to her Nosepass have already taken all my absorbs out.
- Shut up Roxanne. So after that we can grind to lv.15. Already expecting it. *facepalm*

- BTW Zigzagoon learned Cut, which is nice. The Devon Goods event is boring all the way.
- Beaten Brendan's Torchic with Beedrill. F*ck yeah.
- Entered Dewford at lv. 17. Got Silk Scarf. Use-less.
- Next step : the Gym! And it's a fighting type. Better stall with Beedrill as I've zero super-effective moves. But we'll see it next time pals.

Oh! Glad that someone else has taken the challenge. I was about to post that.

Chap. III - First non super-effective Gym fight.
Spoiler:

- Using Bide and Meditate do not help all these Meditites : I crush'em. Machop is more bulky but is not a major threat either.
- Seel was critical hit to the death by a Low Kick in a double battle. Fortunately it's not a Nuzlocke that I'm doing. Beedrill has been trough 2 confusions and has still 3/5 pf its HP... Thanks to level gap.
- Pokemon Center. Any ways, Beedrill's resistance to fighting is neat.
- Brawly first round : Beedrill killed by last Pokemon Makuhita and its repeated Vital Throws. Survived long time. Seel takes a reversal and dies : Bulk up and Focus Power did their job. Xena could have survived if Brawly didn't use so many Super Potions. Makuhita was poisoned and leech seed'd, and still I was on a 4HKO-mode...Ok I'm glad having saved before the battle. Reset. Beedrill has now 80% HP, I'll give it a potion for what it's worth.
- Poison sting be very useful, God of Haxx was on my side. Plus it was fun looking this poor Meditite losing its focus. BAM.
- Makuhita round 2 : Spamming Vital throw at first, then setting up with Bulk up while I'm struggling to poison it. Haxx is no more with me. Activates its Sitrus berry, is given a first damned Super Potion. Still it is poisoned. On my side I use potions. Got this Mukahita at 1/4 his HP. Receives a second Super Potion, I'm losing patience. Spamming fury attack and getting an extra turn. This second Super Potion killed him any ways without a possibility of moving. Ironical. Well, I won, I'm saved. Beedrill is now lv. 19, time to grind before I get to 3rd Gym.
- Damned Zigzagoon does not learn Flash. Xena can learn Flash but I DON'T WANT TO!!! Let's find any suitable HM Slave. It'll be another Shroomish. Calling it <LIGHTER>, Yap.
- Grinding Xena is not cool. Mega drain has only 10PP and Granite Cave has Arons and Sableyes. Tackle is useless. Leech seed helps a lot. Finally I found Steven.
- Grinding Seel on a Sableye or on an Aron is a pain. Icy wind spam. At least Icy wind OHKOes Zubat.
- Entering Slateport and beating some asses up.
- Finally got to the name rater. Introducing my team with correct nicks :
Ariel the Brave lv. 20 Seel
Apple the Naughty lv. 20 Beedrill
Xena the Jolly lv. 20 Shroomish

- So let's begin that Team Aqua event.
- Did not remember how Bug moves are super-effective against Dark Pokemon. NEAT.
- Ok let's try Battle Tent. I lost.
- Ok let's go to that Trick House. All that for a poor Rare Candy.
- Destroying trainers around. Xena earned Headbutt at lv. 22 so now I have two Buttheads..um.. Headbutts in my team.
- Friggin' Brendan is always there at the bad moment. Xena and Ariel are paralyzed and I'm grinding so psyduck off... I have to use Super Potion on Ariel but she dies any ways because of Combusken's Double-Kick. Apple saves the day by being faster, and OHKOes Lombre. Now time to heal.
- Guess who evolved and learned Mach Punch. Yay!
- So I enter Mauville City at lv. 23. BTW did you know that in French Violet city is translated "Mauville"? It's because "Mauve" in French stands for a shade of purple. First time I played it was disrupting.
- Oh BTW I'm on TV.

- Obtained Mach Bike. Isn't it weird how they give bikes when they're supposed to sell'em? Your shop is not gonna grow man.
- Let's battle Wally now : OHKO. Wally you're so weak.
- So next time Mauville's Gym. Electric one. Let's go for it with Xena.

Chapt. IV - Second non super-effective Gym fight

Spoiler:
Duuuh it's time for a beat-up in Wattson's Gym. I have no ground attacks so I won't defeat that easily Electric-Pokemon. But Xena is resisitve to Electric moves, which is nice. So I'm gonna use her first. Since Ariel and Apple are weak to Electric-moves I'll try to avoid double-battles. But if Ariel is fast enough she can shoot Buttheads.
- Mach Punch is dealing good damage. There are some Meditites in this gym coz' they have Electric Punch. I guess GF lacks inspiration sometimes.
- Okay now a Zigzagoon and a Gulpin. Seriously is it Electric here.
- Okay Wattson. Selfdestruct is not good. Effect Spore giving poison and Leech seed is a good combo. This Manectric having Static makes me grunt. But I kill it any ways.
- Was not a big deal finally. Have to grind to lv. 26 now. Gonna do that on Cycling Road.
- Zigzagoon learns Rock Smash BTW.
- Pheww I train Ariel and they just have friggin' Magnemites?! WTF!
- I hate them having their Magnemites bothering poor Ariel. Triathletes... I don't understand you, Magnemite ain't NOTHING about extreme sports and bikes and dynamism.
- Headbutt's out, Paralysed, have to put Xena on battle. Revenge!
- Okay this one Triathlete works with two lv. 6 Voltorb and one lv. 18 Magnemite. Does THAT make any sense, please explain me Game Frak, I don't get it.
- Okay now I can return check Granite cave for this point.

- All that for a Rare Candy and an Everstone. Duuuhh.
- Can go to Vanderturf that way now.

- I'm pretty sure I missed Battle Tents TMs in my first play... This woman sure has strange feelings for her 'mons though.

- TV shows... Typically (what's shown in manga animes) Japanese attitude BTW.

- Let's train on route 117 before entering Battle Tent to fight. Ariel totally owns Pkmn Breeder Lydia.
- Not enough. Having battles on route 118 and 111. Wut route 111 is endless. Training over, we'll see that Battle tent next time.

Sorry for posting a lot later than I said I was going to, been having PC issues and I think I need to seriously think of getting a new one, too many BSoD's.

Named myself Cecil, and my rival Hugh.
Started my Journey with Snivy.
Made my way to Floccesy town, and caught a Modest natured Lotad on Route 20 and named him Manny. His Ability is Rain Dish, and he knows Astonish, growl, Absorb, and
Nature Power. Trained lotad up to level 13 on route 20, and he learned Water gun at level 9 and Leech Seed at level 13 in which I replaced Astonish and Growl.
I made my way to Floccesy Ranch, and battled my rival Hugh who battled using Tailow and Tepig, the Tailow gave me problems with his peck, Tepig wasn't too hard
but a few Water Guns and leech seed and he was down. Made my way through Floccesy Ranch and found the Herdier. Manny evolved into a Lombre on the way to
find Herdier.

I went back to Floccesy town to meet up with Alder, and battled the 2 School Children. I received the Medal Box, and headed back to Aspertia city to take on
Cheren. Before I cahllenged Cheren I trained Manny up until level 17, where he learned Water Pulse in which I made him forget Water Gun. I beat cheren's pokemon
with a combonation of Nature power(Turned into tri attack) Leech seed and Water Pulse, and he awarded me the Basic Badge, and TM 83 Work up.

My next stop will be Virbank city, to take on the 2nd gym and also get my 2nd Pokemon Croagunk. I went into Virbank Complex and caught an Adamant(Woohoo)
Shiny Croagunk and named her Venus. Trained both Venus and Manny in the Virbank Complex to level 20 using audino in the shaking grass to take on the next gym.

Roxie's Gym I completed with just Venus, and she barely pulled through against Roxie's Koffing using Incenrate, but 4 Faint attacks and Koffing was down. Roxie
lead with trubbish setting up toxic spikes probably with the idea to poison my Pokemon and then venoshock them for the double base damage, so I just kept venus
in and chipped away with faint attack and healing when necessary. I was lucky and got level 22 on Roxie's Koffing and learned revenge, and it only took 2 to take down
her Croagunk. Roxie's Whirlipede was easily the hardest, and I only just beat it with a clutch crit with faint attack. With the Victory I earned the Toxic badge and
TM09 Venoshock.

My Current Team.

Manny the Modest ♂Lombre Lv.20
Ability: Rain Dish
Water Pulse
Leech Seed
Absorb
Nature Power

Venus the Adamant ♀Croagunk Lv.22
Ability: Dry Skin
Revenge
Mud-Slap
Venoshock

Update 1
Spoiler:
-WOW I ACTUALLY MANAGED TO USE POKEGEN RIGHT
-Started the game, picked Snivy as starter because it's cool and not because two of my pokémon have an advantage against Chili.
-Grinded everyone to Level 5.
-Beat N.
-Realized I remember nothing of B/W and get surprised by Bianca in front of Striaton City. Cranidos and Pawinard are win though so she gets beaten easily.
-Oh god Drifloon's starting moves are horrible
-TURTLE METHOD EVERYONE.
-Beat Cheren in the Trainers' School.
-Grinded everyone to Level 8. It might seem low but I have a full party already so grinding any more would take an eternity.
-VS Chili: I'm definitely not supposed to have a Fighting-type and a decent Water-type, am I?

Screenshots:
Spoiler:

God, this took forever to set up, I must have tried at least 3 times. I eventually managed to actually do it though, so go me!
(Team summary sometime later maybe)

Due to unfortunate events and stupid computer stuff, i cannot gen into a Platinum ROM. I am, however, able to gen into 3rd games and since my selected team of choice is all 3rd gen and down, I will be able to play it in LeafGreen!

EDIT: of course, more computer crap with OpenEmu. Now I cannot get the evolutions for the pokemon outside the national dex because VBA-M is dumb :/. I will have to postpone this until I have figured something out.

I know I haven't updated, so I'm going to do a big one now and then small ones in the future! Haha

What I've Done:
Spoiler:
I started with Totodile, and nicknamed him "Nom-Nom" (I was at a loss of names). I did the boring stuff at the beginning (talked to Mr. Pokemon, named my rival, etc.) Upon arriving at Violet City, I got a Slugma egg from Primo. I also caught a Zubat in Dark Cave, and named him "Batman". I nicknamed my Slugma "Gary" after it hatched (after the snail from the children's cartoon "Spongebob Squarepants", 'cuz why not?). I got a Pikachu from Pokemon Battle Revolution that had both Surf and Volt Tackle (the latter will be gone once I can learn t-bolt. ahaha). I just progressed through the game as normal. After beating Whitney, however, I went to Ecruteak, visited the Pokemon Center, and went back to Goldenrod ASAP. I went to Bill's place in Goldenrod City and obtained my Eevee, which I nicknamed Psycho (because Espeon is a Psychic-type). Now I'm in Ecruteak City, and I have three gym badges.
EDIT: Now I have four badges. :D

My Team so far:
Spoiler:

I'd have taken screenshots, however I play on an actual game cartridge on my 3DS XL, and I don't have a capture software. So deal with this unless you'd all prefer horrible quality phone screenshots. :P
