Hey, Gogo here and I'm showing what the whole songtable really is.
There's a thread around here basically restating everything known from Sappy, but what about the songs from 1-255? This thread will be regularly updated to include each song hidden in the songtables of our favorite 3rd Gen Games.
Remember, if you recognize something that's unknown in these lists, be sure to comment or tell me! (If you're a guest, come and join! No loss whatsoever.)

        I'm pretty sure that the other 5 of these kinds of threads were real, so... yeah.

        But, that doesn't mean that I'm not willing to help. I happen to like the idea of a crowdsourced song table, so I'll pitch this one in:

        95 (or in Hex it's 0x5F) is the shiny pokemon sparkle. I happen to know since I used it in my custom intro.

          Just saying it's a move doesn't help, but the Curse, brick break, and thunder help. Bubble could be any of the other water moves posted, so get a pokemon that knows bubble and change the song. if the song plays when bubble plays, you got it. Just tell me Galoo.

                  I know a function in Firered that finds the sound number for a given the door block number. (0805B364) It either returns 18/0x12 or 241/0xF1. These are definitely door sounds.

                    So, I was looking for a good cellphone sound for my hack and I ended up identifying a good chunk of the unknown sounds.
                    Spoiler:
                    1 - Using an item on a Pokémon
                    6 - Opening the start menu
                    9 - Warping
                    10 - Jumping over a ledge
                    19 - Sound during the cutscene in which you travel with a Seagallop ferry.
                    23 - Sound when the nurse puts a Poké Ball in the healing machine? Almost 99.9% sure.
                    39 - Departing from a Silph Co. teleporter.
                    40 - Arriving at a Silph Co. teleporter.
                    72 - Poison damage on the overworld
                    100 - Maybe the sound in RSE used when an orb activates?
                    123 - Used in the animations of String Shot and Confuse Ray.
                    133 - Using a TM on a Pokémon (heard during the little cutscene)
                    148 - Sounds like Scratch (the move)
                    177 - Confusion, Psychic, moves like that
                    182 - Used in Ghost-type moves.
                    184 - Swords Dance
                    187 - Used in several moves, Swagger is the only one I can think of
                    189 - Again used in several moves, Confuse Ray is the only one I can think of
                    226 - Dive
                    227 - Earthquake (the move)?
                    246 - Changing pocket in the bag

                        Is there a guide on replacing these? I've inserted a sample, but don't really know how to repoint it over the originals.

                        Once you import your sample go to the "edit songtable" button of the song and change the pointers there.

                          You mean edit voice table? I tried that... there doesn't seem to be an edit songtable button, even though it does list the address for the songtable(not that I'd know how to replace it without messing up other offsets or repoint it)...                           The instrument number that plays when viewing the song is the one you have to change in the voicegroup. You're editing #0.
