    Dark-type Pokémon ~ July 15-21

    Welcome to the Favorite Pokémon Tournament here in Pokémon Voting Polls, where we aim to determine who PokéCommunity's favorite Pokémon is! This will be a grand undertaking that will span across a couple of months, where we will start with hundreds of Pokémon, in hopes to rank the most popular Pokémon in the eyes of you- the members of the PokéCommunity!

    For those of you that aren't quite sure how this process works, here's a quick rundown/FAQ that should catch you up to speed:

    I went with the Liepard and Houndoom families.

    Liepard is elegant, stealthy, and devious, a perfect pokemon to represent the dark typing.

    And houndoom is a hell-hound, do I need to explain further?
     
    I will always vote for what is available in Polls as I just voted Zorua and Zoroark. Man these Pokes are sort of what I can say one of their kinds because of their ability to make Illusions...
     
    The cats (okay weasels, but still) and the dogs. Sneasel and Houndour with evolutions. These are my favorite out of the ones listed here. Mainly Sneasel but Houndoom is a bit too cool for me to not vote for it. Also, both their typings are really nice.
     
    Poochyena, of course! He's an utterly adorable Pokémon which evolves into this huge badass wolf thing that'll rip you apart in seconds - I can't think of anything much cooler than that haha. I love their designs and personalities, but it's a shame about the stats. They're Pokémon that I'd absolutely adore to see get some more spotlight.

    I opted for quite a few lines; Dark-type Pokemon are one of my favourite types of Pokemon. I favoured the Liepard, Honchkrow and Zoroark families simply because I've used them before in-game and they've proved particularly handy My 'other' choice would be, Tyranitar's evolution line.
     
    I haven't really used a lot of the Dark-type Pokemon. The only one from that list that I've used is Murkrow and Honchkrow, who have proved multiple times that they're capable Pokemon. While I might think other Dark-types are cool-looking, nothing beats a Murkrow for me.
     
    I vote for them all. Anyways, Houndoom is really cool. Fire-types are one of favorites, and there's also the fact that it's designed like a dog. Poochy and Mighty have been my favorite Dark-types for ten years now. I like how they look and that it's really fierce for being a Pokémon found so early in the games. Absol is the harbinger of disasters. How cool is that? And like the others mentioned, I like it's design, mainly its tail and horn.

    My favourites are Umbreon and Houndoom.

    I used to really like Umbreon, because of the way it looks and how it's an Eevee-lution. But lately, I've been using Houndoom a lot more, and I don't know... Just really like it. :]
     
    I voted for the Murkrow, Purrloin, and Vullaby lines. There are many dark types that I like but those are the 3 that stick out to me the most! Vullaby and Mandibuzz are extremely underrated and I love them <3

    I remember HATING the scraggy line initially, but I've warmed up to it, especially after seeing Ash's scraggy; he's a funny little guy.

    Cacturne? Noooo. My only real dislikes are Cacturne and Crawdaunt.

    I also "like" the Mandibuzz line. It actually does have a really nice design as far as the bone-skirt, and tribal ponytail strung together with a bone.

    Mandibuzz is actually my number 3, but I decided to only go with my two favorites.

    Ugh....so many to choose from. Good shout having multiple choice. I went for Umbreon, Absol, Poochyena / Mightyena, Murkrow / Honchkrow (The latter does wear a fedora, after all), and Zorua / Zoroark (Zorua's one of the cutest pokémon ever, and the Illusion ability is cool. Plus it's super strong.
     
    I'll stick with the poll choices and go with Scraggy and Scrafty. Personally I think they're the most unique and awesome designed Dark Pokemon out of the bunch. They have a special place in my heart for being so B.A.
     
    I went with Umbreon and the Houndour line. Umbreon because I love it aesthetically for a Dark type. I mean, when it's dark outside it's rings glow. That's awesome. Plus Shiny Umbreon might be my favorite Shiny out there. Houndour lines because they're awesome and because I say so =P
     
    Just posting to say that this has not been forgotten of! Brendino just has some trouble with internet these days, but as soon as he is back online, he will organize stuff further.
     
    So proud of Poochyena for making it this far eep! You can beat that silly bird and those (really insanely cool) fox/hound things, go Poochy!

    Also just noticing how many Dark types were from Unova - wow haha.

I've had to make one revision to the FAQ, in that if there's a tie in voting at the end of the week, I'll have to break the tie with a single vote.
