Gra, koff~

I haven't been able to snag that shiny Rhyhorn, but when I do, it's on to Abra, then Masuda Trubbish, and then Masuda Koffing after that. How irritating. Also, Tiara, you need to take that thing back soon. There is a time limit you know, koffi~
I'd like to join! My favorite Poison-type is Nidoking. I love it's movepool and it has always been a great member of many FireRed teams.
Welcome to the club, Wicked! :D

He probably means your game, and I'd assume it's because Torchic? Eventually, that event Pokemon is going to expire. I got mine but never touched it. I just don't care for Blaziken (we've long established I don't care for beefy looking Pokemon). And the only Combusken that amuses me is of the Musical variety (shameless, though I doubt she'll see this XD;).

Despite only having three badges and never going much further than the town you get that 3rd badge in, Nidorino is in his high 50s (whichever level Horn Drill is learned), Nidorina (Nini S.) is in mid 60s, Nidoqueen is high 40s, and Nidoran (Didi S., a female if you couldn't tell) is... somewhere. 40s, I think. "Why the heck do you have so many Nidos you're actually using?", asked no one. Because I'm playing the game in a strange way. I've been playing Pokemon games like a side story since Silver, so I tend to use Pokemon that would be a part of that story. It's actually pretty fun in a very imaginative way. It makes all the incidental stuff that happens more amusing, especially if it feels in character.

Bulba and Bellsprout I believe are in their 40s as well, come to think of it. Beyond that, I dunno what other Poison or partial Poison types I'm using. I think I gave up on Seviper, hahaha. :P Characters sort of won out in the end over Pokemon I can't attach a personality to. I have two Glooms I should just evolve and be done with, but the stone evos cut their movelist short, and I don't want to jump the gun.

All that's really left that I must get is a shiny Nidorina, for (somewhat) obvious reasons. :P

Looks like the club is featured. Congrats. :D

Also I forgot to mention that I also use a Roselia named Follett (in reference to something else, no less), she's somewhere in the 50s, too. Oh, and checking the PC, Didi was actually in her 50s as well. I dunno how many other people hang on to a Nidoran for even that long.

Budew turned out to be rather cute, and while I don't mind Roserade, I just evolved a spare Roselia and then released it. I'm too lazy to draw it later and have no character for it outside of a lazy Tuxedo Mask homage.

Follett's kind of funny to me. As a Roselia, she basically just learns a bunch of moves to live longer, so I decided she be some sort of alchemist. She's serious in nature, but somewhat vain in characteristic. I figured she'd probably be really smart, and that vanity would be more in intelligence than beauty, or rather "I'm smarter than you are". See how that works? So playing with her last night, sometimes I'd just think of dumb one-liners as I'm playing, and there you go, a Pokemon character has been created with little effort. That's how I have fun with these games. :D That's also why I have like a billion Pokemon characters. 'm'

Oh yeah, and Follett knows Toxic. You know, just incase talking about a Roselia wasn't enough.

HOORAY FOR TOXIC'S AND THE AMAZING POWER OF MY AWESOMENESS!! :D :D :D

Whoa. O.O I would have evolved it like, when it was level twenty or something. xD But Follett... sounds familiar, haha.

Budew is adorable and Roserade is very useful in battles and it's Stun Spore saved me from a lot of baddies and toughies. ^^ Honestly, it's design is wonderful and it's wonderful altogether. C:

That has given me a whole new vision of the Rose family! :O And I agree, she does have those eyes which say: 'I am more beautiful then a Milotic, you BUM!!' xD

^I agree! Budew is one of the cutest pokemon imo. I wish there was a pink budew! Then roserade is also one of my favorite pokemon, which is his final evolution. Nidoran is cute too. <3
They should totally make a pink one! :O They HAVE TO! Then we'd have absolutely to cuddle it up and smooch it. xD

That sounds fantastic! :O If only I had internet for ma wee 3DS, as well as a working Pokemon Y. xD
Were you talking to me or another poster? I would like to battle you on Pokemon Showdown if you use it.

Enjoy that Poison Point, then. |:) Also, you gotta stop double posting, I dunno if you or the mods keep merging your posts but someone's doing a lot of extra work. Not backseat modding, more like I started laughing iRL because I kept noticing it.

I can't bring myself to fight Nidoran in the wild hordes. I just run away each time. It's the same for [email protected], though I did a few times just to see if the experience was worth not playing favoritist pacifist. It's not, so they get off scott free.

As for general cuteness, they did Nidoran Female a huge service in not making her as fidgety as she was in her Stadium and beyond models (or as unnaturally unappealing as it is in Pokedex 3D Pro). She just kind of sways back and forth with that perpetual smile and chubby face, I almost wish I had one iRL.

@CloysterOyster: No idea what Pokemon Showdown is, but battling's not for me. I just use Pokemon as an excuse to draw, at the end of the day. That's probably why I have a Roselia named Follett. :3 (Probably, I said. Who am I kidding?)

Oh hey! May I please join! I'd like to join because one of my favorite Pokémon is part-Poison. And it's Venusaur! I really like Poison-Types because they're really cool in battle. You can set up Toxic etc, and some animations look really cool like Sludge Bomb. I also absolutely adore Bellsprout and Roselia! How can you not like them! ;_;

Also, I'd like to choose this little fella as a partner:

This is because it's the most amusing Pokémon ever. Seriously, imagine it in real life! It's fart would be suuper stinky, so anyone tricked by it's cute face would get farted on, and that would be funny to look. :P He's also got some nice colors, just what I'd expect from a Poison-Type. I also like how it's mixed with the Dark-Type too, which can give it advantages or disadvantages.

Now for the topics:

Which Generation Holds The Best Poison Types?

Gen I. Firstly, it has most of the pure Poison-Types. Most of the other regions sadly only have a few pure Pokémon, and Gen I was really unique with their designs. Pokémon like Grimer, Muk, Weezing etc were srsly amazing. They all had the purple color, which is kinda original but meh; it's design makes up for it! They definitely had the chance to introduce even more Poison-Types in future generations, but sadly they didn't take it. Anyway I'm happy with my original Poison-Types. :>

What is your least favorite Poison-Type Pokémon?

I don't really dislike one, but there is one that is my least favorite. It's Trubbish. Yeah, a hated one. But seriously, a rubbish bag!? Not too original, and it's evolution was kinda worse. It's movepool was bad for me too, as when I first played B/W I used it on my party. However it ended up getting dusty in my PC Box, never to see the daylight again. Now and then I do feel bad for it, but it's kinda horrible in all ways. Heck, who even knows what the shiny looks like? Is it a beautiful shiny or not? :s

Who Is Your Favorite Gym Leader/Elite Four Poison Type User?

I didn't really like the Poison-Type Elite 4, sadly. However, I love one of the Gym Leaders; ROXIE! Her design was so cool and original; and it really went with Poison-Types. Her Gym puzzle was amazing too, and the Pokémon in her Gym certainly were. I also like post-game she has a Scolipede. That thing is a beast, but sadly it doesn't suit her that much. It suited her more when it was a Whirlipede. Although I don't really fancy that Pokémon's design. :<
Sorry, guys, I feel a bit tired and internet is slow so I can't quote. :X

@CloysterOyster: Sorry, I don't have internet for my 3DS. D: Plus Ima a bit sleepy, had a hard day. xD

@Patrick: I don't mean to keep double posting, it get's stuffed up and does it automatically, has since September. :C

Sorry for not reading a lot, but I'll do that tomorrow when I get the opportunity. But for now...

See yehz!

Count me in, if I may! I've always been pretty huge on Poison-Types, they kind of have a universal appeal to me compared to other Types. It helps that my first Shiny ever was a Bellsprout and my first Starter was a Bulbasaur, so it's kind of special to me! They were the underdogs for the longest time, until Generation VI with their much-needed advantage over Fairy-Types, and so they always seemed like they needed some love, so hey, count me in!

Here is my flock of filthy friends, something-something-obnoxiously-whimsical-alliteration I love them!

1. Best Generation for Poison-Types?
Generation I was particularly generous with its Poison-Type selection, a nice variety, from the monsters like Nidoking and Gengar, to the little adorable ones like Oddish or Bulbasaur, I dunno, it's just got a lot of my favorites, I'm partial to Generation I's Poison-Types!

2. Least favorite Poison-Type?
I have a hard time picking my least favorites with anything, but I guess at the end of the day Tentacool is just way too abundant without the appeal that Zubat has for me, so...

3. Favorite Poison-Type specialist?
Janine is pretty cool to me, but I'm not sure why. I guess I really like that Gym-Leader-in-training vibe, it kind of shows off the workings of the League, which is something I'd really like to see explored. Maybe it's because I could never get to Kanto back in Generation II, so everything about it was so mythical and mysterious!

Oooh!!! I'd love to join! Well...If I have to pick just a few partners, I'd have to go with Ariados and Crobat, my trusty pair of fighters from my Crystal days. Back then I called them Cloak (Crobat) and Dagger (Ariados).

As for which generation has the best? Gotta be Gen 2. So many interesting concepts, not to mention the fact that it has the most poison-types readily available in the main game. I really love all of 'em. I contemplated adding Qwilfish to my list of partners, but I've only ever used one once... :/

No shiny Skrelp, koff~

But I did find a shiny Horsea. I think it has Sniper on it. Focus Energy/scope lens will prove well. Anyways, been trying to find my Abra Safari because everyone who's been trading me them on GTS are all phallic shaped disappointments. Yeah. Magic Guard, female, and in a Luxball. Not that hard if I had the ability to grab one myself guys. Anyways, I think I'll need a move list for Trubbish. It's gonna get acid spray and Gunkshot. I think I need to limit it to two Poison moves to maximize its effectiveness. Maybe a fire-type move? Hmmm. . . oh well, just saying hi, koffi~

Hey! Welcome to the club! :D Signing you up asap! C: I normally don't allow three Pokemon in the sign up list, but hey, I'm feeling particularly rebellious today so yeah, have as much as you want. :P

Ahhhhhh, a fan dating back to Bulbsasaur and Bellsprout? How intriguing! :D I think my first was Bulbasaur too, though my brother in the end forced me have a Squirtle. How depressing. xD

I see, well, I agree with all that! :D So again, welcome to the lair where nightmares are created and cheese toasties. xD

Mind if I start a new topic? I wanted to ask what everyone's favorite Poison-type move is. I would have to say I like Gunk Shot, I have used it with Muk and it takes out my opposition fairly quickly. I love a good Toxic/Venoshock combo too, works like a charm.

YAY!! Excited! lol ^_^ Favorite Poison-type move? Hmmmm...That's a tough one. I think I'd have to go with Poison Tail, learnable by a select few pokemon, all of which I love! The increased Crit rate is nice too!
