If I have to work the next day then I'm in bed at 10 and awake at 6, but that still doesn't feel like enough sleep so I down coffee like I'm dying of thirst.

If I don't have work then...usually it's the same and it sucks because I want to stay up late with my friends but I can't. I think last night I fell asleep at 11 and woke up at 6 this morning, so that's a good example.

I don't really have a sleeping schedule but that's mostly due to having a work schedule that changes every week. Some days I have to be there at 7 in the morning and other days I don't have to be there until like 11-12.

I try to sleep in as long as possible on days that I work later, but then that also causes me to go to bed a lot later when I have to be up early in the morning because I got too much sleep. So then I end up running on like 3 hours of sleep on the days I have to be at work early, so then I end up napping a lot when I get home from work or I just end up crashing at like 8-9 in the evening instead of staying up late.

There really is no consistency. I often find myself passing out in the living room on the couch. Sometimes I wake up and decide to move to my bed, most times I just stay where I'm at. It's rare that I ever just go to bed, unless I absolutely know I need the rest.

My sleeping pattern is so bad. Because I have to be up at different times every day on the days I don't have to go out or don't have to be up until later, I like to sleep in until I actually have to get up.
I think I fluctuate between 4-5hours of sleep per night to 12-13 hours during one week.

Sleep by 3AM and up by 11. It's bad for me but I've been doing it for some months now but I'm still not used to it. I'm trying to claw the schedule back to 12:30-8:30, or 12:30-9:00 to account for the time it takes to fall asleep.

What's this sleep schedule thing you talking about?

I just sleep at around 10-11 in weekdays and 10 to 2 am on weekends. And for some odd reason, I always wake up at 6 no matter what, but most of the time, I will sleep on, unless I got school of course.

I guess you could call me a rare morning person, I sleep whenever I feel like it, sometimes, I can even sleep at 8 or 9 all the way to 6. I can still sleep afternoon naps and drink coffee or tea without affecting this tiredness that comes in around 8.

I don't really have a sleeping schedule - I just sleep whenever I feel tired, which is around midnight at the earliest. Most of the time, I have trouble falling asleep, as I've got a hyperactive brain. Once I do, though, I'm pretty much like a dead person.

Though sometimes I feel as if I'm going into some form of hybernation, as there's times when I don't get up until 11 or even noon.

I manage to keep one. Right now it's 12:30-8:30 (yet my mind likes getting up at 7:30 regardless.) I can derail easily, and when I do, it takes certain events to get it back on track.

I would absolutely love to go to bed at 9 and wake up at 5 to be perfectly honest, but my job doesn't allow me to do that at this time.

I generally get to bed around 2 in the morning, though mostly don't fall asleep until 3-4, and get up around 9-10. Unless I have an opening shift then I'm still in bed at 2-ish, but get up at 5:45. I too have a hyperactive brain, especially when I'm tring to shut down for the day. (I even have mental arguments with me arguing with myself to go to sleep, but my mind's all: "Nope, here's 10,000 more things to think about.")

During the school year, during the weekdays, I usually go to bed before midnight because I have to get up early for classes. I like to feel well rested too. During the weekends and summer, it's whenever I feel tired. Usually 1am-2am.

My sleep schedule is pretty screwed up and non existent. I try to go to bed between 1-5am and sometimes as late as 6 or 7am. Sometimes even as early as 10 or 11pm if I got up a bit earlier or made the poor decision to pull an all nighter and then decide to force myself awake all day till it's night time. I pull all-nighters more than I should D: . If that makes sense to anyone. You can see how crazy my life is now lol.

It makes sense to me! Whenever I pull an all nighter, I usually don't sleep during the next day, and just make myself sleep early. However when I do this, I end up falling asleep until about 1-2 the next day and it just messes everything up, haha.

Well, I've made commitment to change my sleeping schedule... gonna try waking up sometime before, right at, or after 7am now so that I don't have to take naps in the daytime anymore.. when I did my usual eye opening at 5:30am, I was still too tired so I decided to sleep in, and I just woke up naturally around 7am.

That's it, my sleep schedule has changed. xD
