I have defeated the Elite 4 and the Champion so what to do now ?

Have capture Mewtwo and Zygarde already

Still hunting the Trio

Is there anymore things to do and a place to do training and stuff?

P.S : Is it me or what? Seems like there's lesser legendaries compared to other version.

-EDIT-

Well you can go to Kiloude City afterwards which contains the Friend Safari and Battle Maison. Supposedly there's also another fight with your rival in the city as well, haven't seen that yet.

There's of course the Battle Chateau if you haven't completed that yet.
[Friend Code: 4012-4176-4086] Feel free to add me if you want to expand your safari, battle or trade. PM me if you have and I'll do the same. If you have a specific trade, let me know in a PM.

Kadabra/Alakazam and Gengar/Haunter?
also a ditto
Haunter can be found on Route 14, Frost Cavern, Route 19 and Victory Road.

Ditto is found in Pokemon Village (off Route 20)

Abra is found somewhere, but teleported away before I could catch it. :(

Well, other than the things that you've already mentioned, perhaps you can revisit each and every location and try to completely familiarize yourself with them? If you explore deep down into some places, there's always a chance that you might end up uncovering some secrets. :) If you have done that already, or if you simply don't want to do that, then maybe you could start building a good team and start doing online battles? If you like, you may also start working on the PokéDex and try your best to complete it. It could be quite a big of a hassle to finish the PokéDex, but once you do have it completed, it should be a huge accomplishment for you.

Finding the Mega Stones can be fun, too :)

I've found quite a few of the Mega Stones now, some are specific to the version you have too. You'll have to complete the game and beat you rival once more in Kiloud City before you can unlock the ability to see the hidden stones.

perfecting pokemon games is the best thing you can do. going to each place you have been before, training, making a team and filling your pokedex can be fun and usually takes quite a bit of time.

Aside from perfecting the game (like jerichob10 said), completing the Pokedex, finding items, building teams for metagame, etc. you can start over (if you don't mind the loss in progress) and do challenges like Nuzlocke, Monotype, etc. and/or play the game with the other starters you didn't use.

You need to fight at least 1 battle in Pokémon Amie to get to fight your rival and upgrade the Mega Ring.

Delayea - It's located in the Terminus Cave.

If your searching for the legendary birds, here is something you should know:
Spoiler:
It appears the legendary birds are dependent on your starter; Articuno if you picked Chespin, Zapdos if you picked Fennekin and Moltres if you picked Froakie.

If you manage to get the legendary birds, which are roaming, to go to Azure Bay, then they will settle in Sea Spirit's Den and finally be battleable

Hope that helps. :)

You just need to keep encountering the bird several times (most say around 11 times) and eventually on the map you'll see the Sky Den flashing, meaning its there.
Zapdos is like trolling me .. so hard to encounter it ..

Does this mean that you can only catch one out of the three legendary birds?

I'm still unsure how it changes when you've all three starters, though. Can you catch all three of them when you've all three starters, or does it remain the same?

Yeah. Pretty much. One starter -> One bird.

Find all the mega stones. Then, build up a competitive battling team in your game and challenge people. Competitions start soon, and i don't think you would love to miss an opportunity to make a name for urself in the pokemon community :)
Been playing Pokemon since Ruby & Sapphire. Competitive player in SG. Feel free to challenge me in Gen VI. :D
