As a brief how-to:

super-poke.com

Clicking the stats (attack, hp, defense) will sort all the filtered pokemon with those stat priorities. For example:super-poke.com/?stats=attack sorts all pokemon by attack. Whereas: super-poke.com/?stats=attack,hp sorts by attack and then hp for any tie breakers.

You can also search for pokemon using a specific move. Which pokemon has the highest defense AND can use iron-defense? super-poke.com/?stats=defense&moves=Iron-defense

On top of that you can search for pokemon of a type or types and that can have a given ability.

To remove a search parameter simply click on it and it will Disappear!

Edit: And since it will come up, you will notice two stats P.EHP and SP.EHP. These are simply 'Physical Effective Health Pool' and 'Special Effective Health Pool'. They are simple calculations and only to be used as a guide ( I wanted to know ) of 'Defense * HP' and 'SPDef * HP'

I must say, this is pretty crafty! Although, I wouldn't say it fits here into X/Y since it covers every generation of Pokémon. This might do better in the Battle Center since it's so focused on helping others build teams faster by sussing out what exactly they're looking for. If Wolflare will have it, I'll just move this on over to his forum.
