Charizard honestly isn't that good in standard play because of its 4x weakness to Stealth Rock. It got better in X/Y, when it gained two Mega Evolutions. But if you really want to use it in B2/W2 OU, it's a bit risky. Also, EVs, natures and items would be appreciated for all your Pokemon:
-Fire Blast
-Air Slash
-Hidden Power (Grass)/Focus Blast
-Flamethrower
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

or
-Fire Blast
-Air Slash
-Hidden Power (Grass)/Focus Blast/Substitute
-Roost
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Jolteon is hard-walled by Ground Pokemon. Its physical Attack is terrible, so physical moves aren't worth using, despite Jolteon having access to Work Up:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
-Signal Beam/Shadow Ball
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb

Mixed Lucario is tricky to split EVs for, so it's better off as all-physical. It's also too frail for Counter unless it's holding Focus Sash. Even then, it's still gimmicky:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-ExtremeSpeed
-Crunch/Bullet Punch/Ice Punch
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Suicune is best played defensively or bulky offensively. Having Aurora Beam and Ice Beam is redundant. Facade works off of its inferior Attack stat:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Scald
-Calm Mind/Roar
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

or
-Calm Mind
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Hidden Power (Electric)
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers

If you need a replacement for Charizard, Infernape and Heatran are good bets.

-Infernape w/Life Orb
Nature: Naive/Hasty
EVs: 180 Attack, 76 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Overheat/Fire Blast, Close Combat, Thunder Punch, Hidden Power Ice/U-Turn
Ability: Iron Fist (if possible)

or

-Infernape w/Choice Band:
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Close Combat, Flare Blitz, Thunder Punch, U-Turn/Mach Punch
Ability: Iron Fist

-Heatran has a bunch of different options, so here's the link to its Smogon page: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/heatran
