Hi guys, any help is much appreciated!

I think I like balanced teams, and I am trying to build one:

(bulky offensive!!!)
Blastoise: @Blastoisinite
Modest, Mega Launcher, 252 HP/252 SpA/4 SpD
Rapid Spin
Scald
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere

(specially defensive/supporter)
Tyranitar: @Assault Vest
Careful, Sand Stream, 252 HP/252 SpD/4 Atk
Crunch
Pursuit
Stealth Rocks
Stone Edge

(late game sweeper)
Talonflame: @Leftovers
Adamant, Gale Wing, 124 HP/252 Atk/132 Spe
Roost
Brave Bird
Flare Blitz
SD? Bulk up? Tailwind? WoW?

(sword dance physical attacker/late game cleaner)
Weavile: @Life Orb
Jolly, Pressure, 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Spd
SD
Nightslash
Ice Shard
Low Sweep

What else??????? I don't know xD I might need electric moves... I was thinking on Rotom-Wash
These are my other pokemon, is there something that I can include? Gyarados is really strong but I already have a blastoise and two water type + talonflame would make me too weak against electric moves... also Mawile is useless without its megastone... which is, sadly, another reason to prefer Gyarados to blastoise... what should I do?

Gyarados: @Lum Berry
Adamant, Intimidate, 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 SpD
DD
Waterfall
Earthquake
Ice Fang

Klefky: @Leftovers
Impish, Prankster, 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Thunder Wave
Spikes
Foul Play
Swagger

Mawile: @Mawilite
Adamant, Intimidate-->Huge Power, Mawilite, 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SpD
SD
Sucker Punch
Play Rough
Iron Head

Thank you for your help!

Take note that you can only use one Mega Evolution per battle. Blastoise and Mawile are highly dependent on their Mega forms to function, so take one of them out.

Assault Vest prevents Tyranitar from using status moves, like Stealth Rock. If you're using Assault Vest, Fire Blast is ideal for the last slot, but change the nature to Sassy or the item to Leftovers.

Talonflame should run enough Speed EVs to outspeed Jolly Mega Kangaskhan (92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe):
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost/Tailwind/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

Wash Rotom is a good addition to Sand teams, due to its ability to check bulky Waters:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Chesto Berry

or
-Discharge
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 232 HP/56 SAtk/220 Spe
Item: Assault Vest

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Trick/Thunderbolt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

Talonflame easily fulfills the role of late-game cleaning, so I don't think Weavile is cut for the team, due to the Stealth Rock weakness it adds to the team. I'll recommend Alakazam because it fills in another role as a special attacker:
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power (Fire/Ice)/Dazzling Gleam
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard

thank you for your comment, it is very helpful!

so far we have:
Mawile
Tyranitar
Talonflame
Rotom-Wash

now I would play alakazam but I don't know how to breed one with the correct hidden power XD (I am sorry, this is so noobish). Is there any other option? Volcarona is a good special sweeper but I can't play it with a talonflame, not even with a spinner... what about Greninja? and gengar? any idea for the last slot?
Thank you again :)

Talonflame is 4x weak to Stealth Rock. These kinds of Pokemon need Rapid Spin or Defog support to clear away that hazard off your side of the field. Excadrill can use Rapid Spin, while Mandibuzz can use Defog. Greninja learning Rapid Spin was a rumor that has long since been debunked:

Excadrill
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
-Shadow Claw/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Assault Vest/Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush

Mandibuzz:
-Foul Play
-Defog
-Taunt
-Roost
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

I think Wash Rotom serves as a Water special attacker already, so Greninja may not be needed unless someone else says otherwise.

I was thinking of Greninja more for STAB ice beam than water moves and yes, no rapid spin for it. also I would probably need to breed it with hp fire, which is something that i want to avoid XD

I really like excadrill (not my fav pokemon, but top 5 for sure <3 ), but I was reading that it is Uber.. this means that I cannot play it in OU, is it right?

An ice-type is not be such a good idea because these Pokemon are weak to Stealth Rock, and many other common priority moves such as Mach Punch and Bullet Punch, and the fact that you already have Mawile to hit Dragon-types, Talonflame for Grass-types, Rotom for Ground-types and Tyranitar for Flying-types makes the Ice-type not necessary. I recommend a Ghost-type, because they block Rapid Spin.

Popular Ghosts include Gengar, Aegislash and Jellicent (However Jellicent is unavailable till PokeBank) but you could use Gourgeist or Froslass.
Boilurn, the Scald Pokemon and the evolved form of Hottle. It can burn the holder by the lightest of touches when it boils. It can boil 3 gallons of water in one minute.

Guys, my team is almost ready, yayyyy!
I just need a couple of other suggestions:

Which one is the best move set for gengar? (mine is timid, 5iv without atk, and with a life orb)
I was thinking something like:
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Sludge Bomb
Dazzling Gleam

do you have a better idea?

Also, I don't know what to do with my modest rotom, here are few ideas:
Volt switch
Hydro pump
W-o-W / Thunder wave
Rest
@chesto berry
EV??? I'll probably need to invest in HP, something like max HP max Sp.Atk? I don't know!

or

volt switch
hydropump
thunderbolt
trick
@choice scarf? specs?
EV????

I really thank you for your help!!!!! :)

Ok, but do you think it will work as a defensive rotom even if its nature is not bold?
Also, I have a tyranitar in my team which is a perfect check/counter to talonflame, does this imply that the second one is a better choice?

I know, I have a lot questions, but it is because I like your answers :)

It doesn't have to be a defensive Rotom. It does have a set that makes use of a Modest nature:

-Rotom Wash w/Assault Vest
Nature: Modest
Ability: levitate
EVs: 232 HP, 56 sp.Attack, 220 Speed
Moves: Volt Switch, Hydro Pump, Discharge, Hidden Power Ice/Dark Pulse

Hidden Power Ice is the prefered attack, but if you can't get it, I guess Dark Pulse works ok too.

You can forgo Assault Vest and use Leftovers instead, which allows you to use a set like this:

-Rotom Wash w/Leftovers
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 232 HP, 56 Sp.Attack, 220 Speed
Moves: Hydro Pump, Volt Switch, Will-o-Wisp, Hidden Power Ice/Pain Split

So that's probably how you'd do a Rotom with a Modest nature. I prefer the defensive Rotom-Wash myself, but its your team.
