Ice Beam

Charizard @ Charizardnite X
Ability: Tough Claws

Swords Dance/Dragon Dance (Which??)
Flare Blitz
Dragon Claw
Earthquake

Gardevoir

Ability : Trace ( Pixilate when Mega )

(just saying, this could've gone to the Battle Center)

Anyway:

Greninja doesn't have much use for Extrasensory other than hitting Tentacruel, a somewhat prominent Rapid Spinner, hard (only for a Spikes set). Grass Knot or Hidden Power Fire are better options:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Dark Pulse
-U-turn/Dark Pulse
-Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Hasty/Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Protean

or
-Spikes/Toxic Spikes
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Extrasensory/Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)/U-turn/Taunt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb

You can only Mega Evolve once per battle, so having only 1 Mega Pokemon on the team is ideal. I'd go for Charizard because Gardevoir is viable without its Mega Stone as well. Dragon Dance is Charizard X's better option over Swords Dance because the Speed boost helps:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

Non-Mega Gardevoir should use:
-Moonblast
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball/Psyshock/Thunderbolt
-Substitute/Taunt/Calm Mind
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Trace

or
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Heal Bell/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Trace

The Pokemon you proposed are all weak to Ground (Charizard X gains a weakness to Ground upon Mega Evolution). Find some Ground resists to fill in these slots. Examples include Trevenant and Gourgeist:

Trevenant:
-Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

or
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

Gourgeist (Super):
-Will-o-Wisp
-Leech Seed
-Seed Bomb
-Shadow Sneak/Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

Gourgeist (small):
-Will-o-Wisp
-Leech Seed
-Protect/Pain Split
-Seed Bomb/Substitute
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 HP/72 Def/184 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

You could probably use something thats anti-Fairy (cuz why not?). Lucario's nice, but its frail, and its doesn't resist Fairy. Scizor is a good option (Aegislash is nice too, but let's try to not make your team too weak to one fo the most common attacking types):

-Scizor w/Choice Band, maybe Iron Plate or Metal Coat
Nature:Adamant
Ability: Techincian
EVs: 248 HP, 252 attack, 8 Sp.Defense
Moves: Bullet Punch, U-turn, Pursuit, Superpower

or

-Scizor w/Life Orb Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP, 40 Attack, 216 Sp.Defense
Moves: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, X-Scissor/Bug Bite (if you have a Gen 5 game)/Brick Break, Roost

or

-Scizor w/Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, X-Scissor/Bug Bite, Brick Break

Scizor works well with MegaZard X, since Scizor covers its Dragon and Fairy weaknesses, while Charizard has a 4x resist to Scizor's only weakness, Fire. It's also immune to burn, which Scizor's not fond of either.

EVs: 252 HP, 40 Attack, 216 Sp.Defense
Moves: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, X-Scissor/Brick Break, Roost

Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Sp.Defense

The bulky Swords Dance Scizor shouldn't use Life Orb at all. The point of bulky Swords Dance Scizor is to use its good bulk and defensive typing to stack up multiple Swords Dances, then sweep. Life Orb ruins its bulk. Leftovers is the superior item in this case because it gives Scizor better survivability. Iron Plate or Metal Coat can also be used to bluff Choice Band.

Superpower is still preferred on Choice Band because it's supposed to hit Fighting-weak Steels hard on the switch. Choice Scizor is supposed to get in, hit hard, then get out, as per nearly every single Choice Pokemon, so the stat drops of Superpower don't matter.

Bug Bite is also preferred over X-Scissor, because it benefits from Technician, even though X-Scissor is viable if you can't be bothered to transfer from Poke Bank.

Depends on what your team needs. If you need a hard hitter, use Choice Band or offensive Swords Dance. If you want a bit of survivability, use the bulky Swords Dance set.

Remember that Small Gourgeist is supposed to act as fast support. Super Gourgeist is incredibly slow, but its good bulk makes up for it, so you can use it if you prefer defense over Speed.

Why did I type Life Orb for the Bulky SD set? Meant to type Leftovers. Gonna edit that. I'll put Superpower on the Choice set, but not the others.

And I agree, Super size Gourgeist is probably better, espeically if he doesn't use Scizor's bulky dance set and/or Gardevoir's support set.

EDIT: Ah, I was wondering when this thread would get moved.

Hey do you mind doing me a favor , I'm going to take your advice and add a scizor to my team only thing is I don't have anyone to trade a sycther with . Could you please possibly trade with me so it can evolve.
