Ok, so I received all of the tier and moveset information from Smogon as sort of a baseline. I've tested this team several times on Pokemon Showdown, and lost every time. What I'm trying to do here is to get continuous input on how I can make my team better.

My Team v1:
Spoiler:

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

Stealth Rock setup, then raises Attack and sweeps with Meteor Mash STAB. Pursuit is mainly used against the Eons when they're Choice-locked and scaring the away while doing some damage too. It also hits Celebi and Gengar for pretty good damage. Earthquake counters Jirachi, Tentacruel, and Heatran.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Flamethrower

Utilizes massive HP and Special Defense to be a great special wall. Wish/Protect lets Blissey heal itself and stay alive that next turn. Toxic affects everything that isn't Poison or Steel, and is Blissey's main source of damage. Flamethrower hits Venusaur hard, and Scizor too, if it lasts long enough to hit Scizor.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
- Volt Switch
- Gyro Ball

Rapid Spin. That's about it. It's also got Spikes for a second entry hazard. It can use Volt Switch effectively in some scenarios. It can switch in for a frail teammate, wall a physical attack, then switch back in to the frail teammate to let them nail a hit on the opponent. It also takes advantage of its low Speed to use Gyro Ball for its main STAB.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SAtk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature (+Spe, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Outrage
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

This is the generic mixed attack set for Salamence, commonly known as MixMence! Draco Meteor breaks any physical wall that could previously switch in to Salamence's other sets. Outrage is Salamence's main physical STAB attack. Fire Blast is used to counter Skarmory, Ferrothorn, and Forretress, who would normally be able to switch in to Salamence's STAB moves, and Earthquake hits Heatran and Jirachi where none of his other moves could.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 192 SDef / 64 Spe
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Recover
- Baton Pass
- Perish Song

Celebi is another wall in the team, which kind of seems impractical now that I think about it. Giga Drain lets it damage the enemy while getting in a little bit of recovery. Recover works with Celebi's ability to make it really hard to kill. Baton Pass lets it get out without taking damage from Pursuit, and Perish Song counters sweepers that like to set up, like CM Jirachi, CM Keldeo, etc.

Keldeo @ Expert Belt
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power Bug
- Icy Wind

Keldeo in this set is an all-out special attacker. Hydro Pump is his Water STAB move and does major damage to a lot of his enemies. Secret Sword attacks special tanks like Tyranitar, Blissey, and Chansey. HP Bug hits Celebi for major damage, as well as the Eons, but to a lesser extent. Icy Wind hits the Eons and slows down fast opponents, such as Starmie and Tornadus.

My Current Team! (v2):
Spoiler:

Metagross @ Life Orb

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake

This IS the Dragon Dance Dragonite set. Multiscale makes it a lot easier for Dragonite to get at least one boost in, so long as it doesn't step into an entry hazard. Outrage is Dragonite's main STAB move, and thanks to the Lum Berry, it can come out of an Outrage sweep almost completely unscathed. Extreme Speed helps Dragonite nail some fast revenge killers like Keldeo and Latios. Finally, Earthquake helps check some rain team counters, like Tentacruel and Jirachi.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 192 SDef / 64 Spe
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Recover
- U-turn
- Perish Song

Celebi is another wall in the team, which kind of seems impractical now that I think about it. Giga Drain lets it damage the enemy while getting in a little bit of recovery. Recover works with Celebi's ability to make it really hard to kill. U-turn lets it get out without taking damage from Pursuit, and Perish Song counters sweepers that like to set up, like CM Jirachi, CM Keldeo, etc., while also getting in a little damage.

Let me know if there are any things I can do to make this team even the SLIGHTEST bit better. Thanks!

Okay, Gen VI it is.

MixMence isn't as good as it used to be because of the decrease in physical attacking power (though it can be somewhat remedied with Moxie). Right now, the best it can do is Dragon Dance, but Charizard X and Dragonite do it better (former is immune to burn; latter has Multiscale to ease setting up, as well as Extreme Speed for priority):
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

Dragonite:
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake/Fire Punch/Thunder Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Lum Berry/Weakness Policy/Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale

Charizard X:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

I would suggest putting around 64 speed EVs on your Metagross to outspeed Heatran with no investment...

Also on Celebi, U-Turn would be preferred here, as it won't pass the Perish Song to a teammate while still having the same use as Baton Pass.
Yes, but which stat should I take the 64 EVs out of?

Also, I've updated my team corrections to here, but I'm still looking for suggestions. If you find a flaw in my team that simply NEEDS to be fixed, leave the suggestion here. Thanks!

Dragon Claw would be a bit better than Outrage on Dragonite. Fairies and Steels are common enough that Outrage is a bit riskier than I'd like. It also saves your Lum Berry for other status effects, particularly burns.

Thanks, I'll definitely put that in.
