Zoroark isn't as good as it used to be this gen because of the Fairies running around. A better Dark Pokemon to use is Greninja because of Protean and its better Speed:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Dark Pulse
-U-turn/Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Extrasensory
Nature: Hasty/Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Protean

or
-Spikes
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Extrasensory/Dark Pulse
-U-turn/Taunt/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

Hidden Power Ground is the preferred option over Psychic, but Psychic is still viable if you can't get the right Hidden Power type.

Cloyster is NOT a good Rapid Spinner this time around because of its bad defensive typing. Forretress is the better option because it has a better defensive typing; not only can it get hazards up, it spins them away:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball
-Volt Switch
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

Mega Garchomp is only good with Sandstorm support from Tyranitar or Hippowdon. This team contains neither one of them, so Mega Garchomp isn't worth it. That, and Mega Chomp is slower than its regular form. Use Choice Band as the item.

Florges is outclassed in OU. Sylveon does its job better:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Shadow Ball
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

Sad to say, but Torterra is still terrible in OU. Even with Assault Vest, it still folds to Ice moves. Metagross is the better Assault Vest user:
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt/Bullet Punch
-Pursuit/Thunder Punch/Ice Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body

Trevenant, Gourgeist and Mega Venusaur are also better Grass Pokemon to use over Torterra because of their better utility:

Trevenant:
-Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

or
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

Gourgeist (Super):
-Will-o-Wisp
-Leech Seed
-Seed Bomb
-Shadow Sneak/Pain Split
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

Mega Venusaur:
-Giga Drain/Power Whip
-Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder
-Earthquake
-Synthesis
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Venusaurite

or
-Giga Drain/Leech Seed
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Synthesis/Protect
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Venusaurite

Just wanted to say that Florges is NOT outclassed by Sylveon. Florges is a better special wall. It takes special hits better than Sylveon without having to max the sp.def stat which means you can put EVs into its def too and as thus it can take hits better from both sides of the spectrum. It also needs Toxic over Energy Ball too to wear down threats. Energy Ball sucks and is random and doesn't even hit anything relevant.

As for Garchomp, he wants Stone Edge over Fire Fang and Swords Dance over Dual Chop so you can nail Togekiss who otherwise hard walls you, amongst various other things such as Gyarados AND it gets a boost from Sand Force.

Also speaking of Garchomp, if you are gonna use its mega forme, using Tyranitar might not be a bad idea to activate Sand Force. This also covers your horrific Talonflame weakness.

Hope this helps a bit good luck.

You can use Cloyster if you want. Cloyster's a good Pokemon. It's just that you need a different set that actually makes use of its ability. Yes, Cloyster has great defense and can learn Spikes and Rapid Spin, but its terrible HP and Sp.Defense and typing prevent it from spinning and laying down hazards. Cloyster is meant to sweep:

-Cloyster w/Focus Sash or King's Rock or something
Nature: Jolly/Naive
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Shell Smash, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Razor Shell/Hydro Pump

That is how you Cloyster.

And like Dark Azelf said, if you're gonna use Garchomp's mega form, put Tyranitar in the team. If not, then don't use Garchomp's mega form. And follow his move suggestions.
