Draco Meteor is the preferred option over Dragon Pulse because Goodra needs the extra power. Dragon Pulse is still okay if you don't like the Special Attack drop.

Mienshao isn't good in OU, with all the Fairies running around.

Take note that Mega Kangaskhan is banned in OU, but it's okay in Wi-Fi battles. Return is the preferred option over Dizzy Punch because of the extra power. Dizzy Punch is weak.

Defensive Pokemon to include can be Ferrothorn, Trevenant, Gourgeist, Mandibuzz or Forretress. I could go on, but these are some examples:

Ferrothorn:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
-Power Whip/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs

Forretress:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball
-Earthquake/Volt Switch
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

Mandibuzz:
-Foul Play
-Taunt
-Roost
-Toxic/Defog/Whirlwind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Trevenant:
-Wood Hammer/Horn Leech
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

or
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

Gourgeist (Super):
-Will-o-Wisp
-Leech Seed
-Seed Bomb
-Shadow Sneak/Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

I'll add 2 more defensive pokes to the list:

-Vaporeon w/Lum Berry or Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP, 248 Defense, 8 Sp.Defense
Moves: Scald, Wish, Protect, Toxic/Ice Beam

-Skarmory w/Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense or Sp.Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Brave Bird, Roost, Whirlwind, Spikes/Stealth Rock

Also, it'd be better if you put the teams together first. Then we can go from there, tweaking sets and swapping Pokemon around (you can provide the list of other pokes too). It's your team(s), which ones do you wanna use?

...Well, uh, pick what you like, but make sure to have a balance between offensive and defense, as well as between physical and special. Start there.

Slowbro makes a good defensive Pokémon as well.

Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 8 HP / 252 Def / 232 SAtk / 16 SDef
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Flamethrower
- Psyshock
- Calm Mind

If you like, you may also give Quagsire a try.

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Def / 136 SDef
Relaxed / Impish Nature
- Swagger
- Toxic
- Protect
- Amnesia

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Recover

For your Pinsir, by the way, I think you should try replacing Earthquake with Close Combat. With Close Combat, you could take down almost any of your opponents with just one hit.
