So here's the team I've come up with so far. There's no doubt in my mind that this team has some flaws. I'd really appreciate some help, and also some reasoning behind changes you would make.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Protean
Timid
252 Sp Attack/252 speed/4 HP

- U-Turn
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Surf

In retrospect, Timid may not have been the correct nature since I ended up running U-Turn. It's nice for scouting and isn't bad for coverage at times.

Aggron @ Aggronite
Sturdy
Adamant
4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Def

- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Heavy Slam

This guy has walled stuff for me and I really like him, but his Sp. Def is pathetic. Not to mention it's hard to switch into him if he isn't already mega evolved. He's definitely cool but I'm not sure if I'll keep him.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Marvel Scale
Adamant
4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Speed

- Fire Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Outrage
- Dragon Dance

I feel like both punches are unnecessary. I feel like Fire punch is more important due to the ice weakness, although I'm not exactly sure what Ice pokemon are big in the meta right now. I don't have access to Extreme Speed from the older games :(

Foretress @ Not sure yet...does Item clause still apply everywhere?
Sturdy
Relaxed
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp Def

- Volt Switch
- Gyro Ball
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin

Not gonna lie, I thought it would be nice to have this pokemon just in case, but then felt obligated to use him when I hatched a 4 IV shiny Pineco. But yes, he's used for entry hazards and spinning. Not sure if he has good synergy with my team, but I haven't had the chance to test him out yet.

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Trace
Calm
252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp Attack

- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Will-o-Wisp
- Healing Wish

Just something I was playing around with, so far I don't really use Healing Wish since the pokemon I need are gone by that time anyways. Doesn't seem like Wish is as good. I originally had gotten her to BURN my opponent and take a few Sp Attacks (It usually takes 2 Gengar's Shadow Balls to KO her).

Last slot is still open. I have access to these pokemon which are ready to go:

Gengar
Snorlax (Curse)

That list was shorter than I had thought... but I can breed most pokemon.

Anyways, I'd love some feedback and some fixes to pokemon choices or movesets. Don't be afraid to tear my team apart :P Thanks!

Mega Aggron is meant to be played defensively:
-Stealth Rock
-Iron Head/Heavy Slam
-Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Iron Head/Heavy Slam
-Earthquake/Ice Punch
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

Item clause only applies in Wi-Fi battles. Simulators are okay with multiples of the same item.

Defensive Gardevoir is best off using plain Wish. Healing Wish is better off on fast Pokemon:
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Will-o-Wisp/Heal Bell
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Trace

Curse-lax is viable, but not effective this time around because of the strong physical attackers around. Snorlax is best played as an Assault Vest user:
-Return/Body Slam
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch/Crunch
-Self-Destruct
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/252 SDef/4 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Thick Fat

Gengar uses:
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt/Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

or
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Pain Split/Focus Blast
-Will-o-Wisp/Disable/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Black Sludge

Hiatus

If you're not sure what item to give to your Forretress, try Shed Shell. You could try Custap Berry as well, but you might need to alter its moveset a bit if you want Forretress to actually be effective. d:

Forretress @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Lax
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
~ Stealth Rock
~ Spikes
~ Explosion
~ Rapid Spin
