I'm starting my second competitive battling team because my first had three members weak to Ground. Here it is so far.

I love Gengar, so he has to stay on my team no matter what.

- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Tailwind
Item Attached: Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs and Nature:
EVs: 48 HP / 252 Atk / 208 Spd
Adamant Nature

Espeon

- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
Item Attached: Light Clay/Quick Claw/Twisted Spoon
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs and Nature:
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Goodra

- Draco Meteor
- Focus Blast
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb

Item Attached: Dragon Fang
Ability: Gooey
EVs and Nature:
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
Modest Nature

Ferrothorn

Is there any way to improve this set?

EDIT: There's a typo in the title. Oops.

EDIT 2: Thanks everyone. I was able to win my first Wi-Fi battle with this set!

Me First is kinda gimmicky, tbh. Instead, I'd use Will-o-Wisp or Tailwind to give Talonflame something to do before it gets taken down (cripple a physical opponent or speed up the rest of the team for a few turns).

Light Clay is the preferred option for dual screening Pokemon to extend the duration of the screens to 8 turns.

Goodra's EV spread is inefficient. Maxing out a defensive stat without maxing out HP first is inefficient bulk:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Thunderbolt/Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
Nature: Modest/Quiet/Sassy
EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
Item: Choice Specs/Assault Vest/Leftovers
Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

or
-Dragon Pulse
-Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
-Toxic/Dragon Tail
Nature: Calm/Sassy
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Gengar can act as utility via Destiny Bond or Substitute; note that Gengarite is banned in standard play (it's fine in Wi-Fi battles):
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash/Gengarite (last one for Wi-Fi battling only)

or
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Pain Split/Focus Blast
-Will-o-Wisp/Disable/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Black Sludge

You may also want to consider adding a Dark or a Normal-type to your team as two of your Pokemon are weak to Ghost. Blissey, Chansey and even Diggersby are good choices for Normal-types, while Bisharp, Tyranitar and Greninja make great Dark-type options.
Boilurn, the Scald Pokemon and the evolved form of Hottle. It can burn the holder by the lightest of touches when it boils. It can boil 3 gallons of water in one minute.

Can you explain a little about Standard Play? Is that official Nintendo play or Pokecommunity? I can give it a Focus Sash when I want to battle in Standard Play.

I re taught Talonflame Tailwind. Goodra will be re trained to better match the first EV spread because it has a Modest nature. Would it be possible to keep Dragon Pulse and Flamethrower on Goodra with that EV spread?

I think I'll be okay with the Ghost weakness thing. My last team had three members weak to Ground and I was tired of losing all the time. Can anyone tell me where to find Light Clay?

Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 SDef
Item: Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure

Diggersby:
-Return
-Earthquake
-Wild Charge
-U-turn

EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Huge Power

or
-Swords Dance

Greninja:

I can re train Goodra for a better EV spread. Would it be possible to keep Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse with the first EV set? My Goodra has a Modest nature.

It looks like I EV trained my future Gengar properly. It's still a Gastly, so I think I'll go for the first move set. I didn't consider Destiny Bond before.

Can you explain a little about Standard Play? Is that official Nintendo play or Pokecommunity? I can give it a Focus Sash when I want to battle in Standard Play.

I'll teach Talonflame Tailwind. To be honest, I was considering it before I taught it Me First.
Nope. Offensive Goodra needs all the power it can get. Defensive sets can play it safe.

Standard play means OU (Overused) play, which is the main tier in simulator battles, like Pokemon Showdown! These tiers are usually organized by other sites such as Smogon.

Also I forgot to mention this about Ferrothorn. It's a defensive Pokemon, and defensive Pokemon shouldn't be holding a Life Orb, as this compromises their good bulk:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
-Power Whip/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
Ability: Iron Barbs

Item clause isn't active in simulator battles. Item clause is when all Pokemon in the team must be holding different items.

I see. I'll teach Goodra Draco Meteor and fix its EV spread. I can get a Shed Shell or Leftovers for Ferrothorn. I retaught Talonflame Tailwind. I'm pretty happy with this set, but if something doesn't work out, I'll definitely consider a Blissey or Tyranitar.

Azumarill is not that good of an attacker, unfortunately; its offensive stats are quite low. If I were you, I'd probably replace it with a Pokémon like Gyarados.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie / Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Mega Gyarados works too. Plus, it's also a dark-type (which is what you're looking for, right?).

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Nature: Impish
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Substitute / Payback
- Earthquake / Stone Edge

I can add Gyarados in once Pokemon Bank is available. I have the perfect Adamant Magikarp on Black 2.
Oh yeah, I didn't see that Talonflame has Sharp Beak. If I were you, I'd give it Choice Band for its current set.

Azumarill is a great fit on the team because of its wallbreaking capabilities with Huge Power, though Gyarados can be used if you want a bit more speed.

I like Azumarill better than Gyarados. I do need Pokemon Bank to get my Magikarp, so I'll stick with Azumarill for now.

I'll look into getting a Choice Band for Talonflame.

One little thing I wanna say about Azumarill. Leftovers or a Sitrus Berry is a better item for it than Splash Plate. Belly Drum Azumarill needs some recovery option to make up for the HP lost via Belly Drum. Aqua Jet will do enough damage with its Attack at +6 and with Huge Power, the EVs, STAB, and the nature.

Ferrothorn is already holding Leftovers, so I'll have to give Azumarill a Sitrus Berry.
