Hey guys, I've got my 2nd Competitive Team Plan composed for you all, and I would very much appreciate any help, concerns and reviews of my team. So without further adieu:

Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Type: Normal
Ability: Scrappy, No Preference
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Sd
Moves: Power Up Punch, Return, Sucker Punch, Fake Out/Crunch/Earthqiake

Comments: Ok, I realize she is considered "Uber" but I mostly am playing this team casually Online or with friends so I'd figure I'd run this set as it seems to be pretty common. Would you recommend Fake Out, Crunch, or Earthquake? As I'm having difficulties choosing, Imreally don't like the one time use of fake out

Scizor @ Choice Band
Type: Bug & Steel
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 Atk, 252 HP, 6Sd
Moves: Bullet Punch, U-Turn, Pursuit, Brick Break/Fighting Move

Comments: Basically one of my few sweepers, to spam either Bullet Punch, or U turn. Pursuit and Brock Break are there for extra coverage. Any thought on using another move other than brick break?

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Type: Bug & Fire
Ability: Flame Body
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Sd, 6 HP
Moves: Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance, Bug Buzz, Giga Drain

Comments: Just a typical Volcarona Sweeper Set, Any recommendations?

Rotom Wash @ Choice Specs
Type: Electric & Water
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 Atk, 252 Sd, 6 HP
Moves: Volt Switch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Shadowball

Comments: This guy is my other Special Sweeper, just spam volt switch unless there is a ground type, etc

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ground & Flying
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Impish
Evs: 252 HP,
Moves: Earthquake, Substitute, Protect, Toxic

Comments: This guy is my typical, annoying wall & stall. He'll use toxic to cause incremental damage & spam protect, every 2nd turn. Earthquake for a STAB and Substitute to help heal health.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Poison & Ghost
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Sd, 6 HP
Moves: Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Sludge Wave, Substitute

Comments: Probably my revenge killer on this team. I'll spam Shadow Ball, use Dazzling Gleam to hurt Dragons and sludge wave for extra STAB. Honestly, this guy is the one I would consider switching for another Poke.

So guys, what do you think? Honestly, I think it is a pretty good team with some weaknesses however, it certainly could be better. Any Comments & Advice are greatly appreciated, Thanks Guys!

Shadow Ball doesn't have noteworthy coverage; Hydro Pump hits Ghosts hard enough already. Choice Scarf may be the better item to revenge kill opponents:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Thunderbolt
-Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Gliscor's EV spread should be 244 HP/40 Def/224 Spe to outspeed regular Lucario while having some physical bulk.

Life Orb + Substitute wears down Gengar fast; the only time you really want this is if you're using Pain Split:
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast/Pain Split
-Will-o-Wisp/Disable/Pain Split
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Black Sludge

3 attacks is best used with Destiny Bond:
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Rock and Dark are two of your team's biggest weaknesses. Choice Scarf Tyranitar is not uncommon so you'll need either a bulky Fighting-type (Conkeldurr in particular) that will resist his attacks, or utilize Gengar's Will-O-Wisp on the predicted switch in. I prefer the former as it's more reliable. I also think Goodra is going to be very difficult to take down without a physical Dragon or Ice-type STAB. So Conkeldurr's Ice Punch makes him a great choice.

Here's the set I'm thinking
~ Drain Punch
~ Ice Punch
~ Mach Punch
~ Thunder Punch/Fire Punch
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist/Sheer Force
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spe
Boilurn, the Scald Pokemon and the evolved form of Hottle. It can burn the holder by the lightest of touches when it boils. It can boil 3 gallons of water in one minute.

Assault Vest is one of the best Conkeldurr sets at the moment, IMO, as it patches up Conkeldurr's weaker defensive stat while still posing a threat:
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/8 Def/248 SDef
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Guts

This set is better for all-out attacking, not only in terms of moves, but also to balance Conkeldurr's defenses:
-Drain Punch
-Ice Punch
-Poison Jab/Thunder Punch
-Mach Punch/Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 108 HP/252 Atk/104 SDef/44 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force/Guts

Bulk Up Conkeldurr is still viable, though:
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Knock Off/Ice Punch
-Mach Punch/Knock Off/Thunder Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

I will definitely use that recommended Rotom-Wash set. But, unfortunately, I don't own a copy of Pokemon Black/White so getting Conkeldurr with Ice Punch would be difficult, with the right IVs. That being the case, For OU tiers, I would be using something instead of Kangaskhan, so what Fighting type pokemon would be good to replace her with? other than Conkeldurr, of course.

So for Gengar, I assume a timid nature is best oppose to Modest? So how would this work:

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest or Timid?
EVs: 6 HP, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe
Moves: Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam (so I have atleast 1 move x2 for Dragons), Sludge Bomb, Will O Wisp (for T- Tar)

Would this be better for my team, or would Destiny Bond still work much better than Will O Wisp
