Alright, when making this team some things i had in mind were wanting the potential to draw out a match without getting swept early on, as well as still having some raw power later in the game. I wanted residual damage to help me win the long game and i wanted some preventive strategies to help keep me in the game.

With all that said, here's the team:

Skarmory
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
Lum Berry
252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp.Def

Brave Bird
Spikes
Whirlwind
Roost

Skarm is my physical tank, phaser, and hazard setter all in one. I gave it the Lum Berry to avoid those annoying status conditions like Burn and Sleep, that would wear it down or allow the opposing Pokemon to set up.

Rotom-W
Levitate
Nature: Calm
Chesto Berry
252 HP/4 Def/ 252 Sp.Def

Rest
Hydro Pump
Thunderbolt
Will-O-Wisp

Good 'ol bulky resto set that gives rotom longevity, along with a bulky EV spread. Wisp is to cripple physical attackers and Hydro Pump and T-bolt are for coverage, especially other water types.

Tentacruel
Liquid Ooze'
Nature: Calm
Black Sludge
252 HP/4 Def/252/Sp.Def

Rapid Spin
Toxic
Sludge Bomb
Scald.

Tentacruel also does a lot. He can rid entry hazards, cripple attackers and walls. I originally had Protect over sludge bomb but after getting almost wrecked by a Togekiss, i opted for some Faerie coverage in Sludge Bomb.

Gliscor
Poison Heal
Nature: Impish
Toxic Orb
252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp.Def

Earthquake
U-Turn
Knock Off
Protect

EQ is for Stab + coverage. Protect is to ensure i get poisoned by the orb and U-turn is to scout/allow some free switches. Knock off is really great here as it can make opposing walls very sad and hungry... =)

Cohagrigus
Mummy
Nature: Relaxed
Leftovers
252 HP/252 Sp.Attk/4 Sp.Def
IV's: 0 speed

Trick Room
Nasty Plot
Shadow Ball
Will-O-Wisp

Had some help with this guy in the simple Q&A of this forum. Basically can wall physically or it can cripple and can sweep with some set up.

Azumarill
Huge Power
Nature: Adamant
Assault vest
4HP/252 Attk/252 Sp.Def

Play Rough
Aqua Jet
Superpower
Waterfall

Had help with this guy as well. I have to say Azumarill is a monster!! Assault Vest gives him soooo much more bulk and Huge Power + priority and STAB..srsly?? Azumarill is really my only true sweeper, so preserving him is my priority in just about every match.

Any comments, help, critiques, ideas, etc are very appreciated!! =)

I know that Lum Berry gets rid of annoying status for Skarmory, but I feel that Leftovers still is preferred because of the passive healing, and that can make a difference.

Physically defensive Wash Rotom is preferred because of Talonflame running around: Bold with 212 HP/252 Def/44 Spe is the spread to use.

Physically defensive Tentacruel is also preferred because it also helps check against opposing Fighting Pokemon more easily: Bold with 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe.

Assault Vest Azumarill isn't that strong compared to the Choice Band and BellyJet variants. Power-Up Punch is also an option on it to give it the equivalent of a Choice Band boost, while still giving it Fighting coverage and the ability to switch moves. 16 HP/252 Atk/240 SDef is a more efficient spread.

I would give Skarm lefties if i had a second. I used it on the Cohagrigus; however, if there is a different item it can make use of i could give it that instead and the leftovers to Skarmory.

My reasoning for runnig a specially defensive Roto is because i felt that Cohagrigus checked Talonflame pretty well. I believe it has higher defenses than rotom, but i haven't researched that. Also, it is worht noting that Mummy can take Gale Wings away from Talonflame.

I agree with you on the physically defensive Tentacruel, and i will have to give power up punch a try on azumarill.

I honestly don't think Trick Room!Cohagrigus is very efficient for your team. Try this moveset Smogon whipped up!

Spoiler:
Cohagrigus @ Leftovers
Bold nature; Mummy ability
248 HP/252 Defense/8 Special Defense
Knows Will-O-Wisp, Shadow Ball, Pain Split, and Haze/Knock Off

Haze is there to check Baton Pass chains and stop setups by sweepers, while Knock Off gets rid of Leftovers, Black Sludge, Life Orbs and whatnot.

Just lost to a sun team =(. It was actually a pretty close match, but i did make one huge misplay that could have made a difference. I switched in my Gliscor to what i though was HP Electric, but instead it was HP Ice =/.

I am thinking that Cohagrigus can become a Politoed/Togekiss/Garchomp

Politoed would be a good idea! I would personally recommend...

Politoed @ LeftoversTrait: Drizzle
EVs: 124 HP / 232 SAtk / 152 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Psychic

Leftovers keeps the recovery going after you use Rest, but Damp Rock is also an option in case you want to go for eight-turn rain.

EDIT: I forgot. If you do use Drizzle-toed, Rotom-W is better off with Thunder because extra power. Plus, Tentacruel should have Rain Dish so that it can maximize its recovery.

Politoed is better off not using RestTalk to make better use of its support and offensive options.

Ah, gotcha. How's this for a support 'Toed?

Politoed @ Leftovers or Damp Rock
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef or 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Scald
- Rain Dance or Perish Song
- Protect
- Toxic

If you feel Politoed is better off with 8-turn rain, bump Leftovers and Rain Dance out for Damp Rock and Perish Song, respectively. I decided to give this build a Calm nature for maximum Special Defense. The EVs depend on if you want maximum Defenses or maximum HP.

Looking back, I don't think rain support is necessary at this point. Adding Politoed in will bring more Electric and Grass weaknesses than the team can handle.

Also, thinking more on it, i agree that Toed is not necessary. Not sure what i was thinking there.

i have tried variations of the team out and some have been more successful than others.

In place of Cohagrigus i have tried Mandibuzz and sometimes Wobbuffet (who is very fun!)

I'll post sets =)

Mandibuzz
Overcoat
Careful
Leftovers/Sitrus Berry
252 HP/4 Def/252 SP.Def

Defog
Roost
Foul Play
Knock Off

I like specially defensive Mandy here because it helps tank electric faerie and ice type attacks. Letfovers/Sitrus berry really just depends on what i am using on other pokemon

Wobbufet
Bold
Leftovers
Shadow Tag
28 HP/232 Def/248 Sp.def

Encore
Mirror Coat
Counter
Safeguard
